项目信息


本项目位于知识城生物安全产业基地范围内,广河高速以南,花莞高速以东。项目定位为研究型三级综合医院,占地面积为4万平方米,幕墙面积约为3万平方米。本项目主要分为两期,目前开展设计服务的为第一期,包括住院楼及医技D&T中心。项目体型延展,按医疗功能设计两座楼栋,兼顾外形立面美观,以及最大程度上提升医疗惠者的使用满意度。Rinro(凝龙幕墙咨询)主要负责本项目的幕墙顾问服务,从方案设计工作日起直止竣工验收完成之日,负责内容包括各类幕墙相关技术问题,如项目成本概算,结构计算分析,三维BIM等。


设计灵感


项目的设计灵感来自于珠江上波光粼粼的江水,寓意是自然对生命的孕育,整个建筑为淡蓝色基调,整体舒适大气,能镇静舒缓情绪。项目设计了大面积的屋顶花园,囊括了景观阶梯,园中小径,室外露台以及休憩小花园,希望能够帮助患者和医务人员缓解紧张焦虑的情绪。建筑的外立面则结合了广东的气候特征,在美学的基础上兼顾了外遮阳功能,充分体现了设计者的人文关怀。


建筑设计


建筑的整体设计将会考虑多个方面,通过调整建筑外形与材料的运用,从环境因素与实际功能需求出发,力求呈现出最好的效果。例如为了充分地利用自然光源,本项目将使用采光顶,搭配开放性设计,整体使用大面积的玻璃,形成通透明亮的空间,建筑立面的开启扇利用不对称装置,并在外部安置百叶窗,调节进入室内的阳光,使室内的阳光均匀散布。首层门厅也设置大面积玻璃幕墙,将自然光线引入室内每一方角落。本项目拟申报 LEEDHC 金级及绿色建筑二星,而根据新规《公共建筑节能设计标准》DB33/1036-2021的2.0.1条规定:公共建筑平均设计能耗水平应在 2016 年执行的节能设计标准的基础上降低 20%。医院作为能耗最高的公共建筑物之一,因此将会重点考虑绿色节能设计。



幕墙门窗系统


幕墙门窗系统的选择与建筑效果息息相关。建筑造型效果是医院建筑的门面,不仅影响着病人及工作人员的工作心情,同时对于整个医院未来的发展也是十分重要。通过研究医院大楼的城市位置,周围环境的特点,根据对各种幕墙系统的隔音性能以及大楼内部上下楼层之间,水平房间之间的分析,为取得良好的建筑声环境,选择合适的幕墙材料以及提供合适的系统设计。为平衡建筑外观与经济性,研究项目的风压分区布置,以确定最优外墙的系统选择与成本平衡。栏杆采用隐框式的玻璃栏杆或者扣件式玻璃栏杆,扶手宽面,能够给予人厚重的安全感,整体又通透干净。考虑到人流量的聚集与经济适用,门诊入口处优先使用铝板雨篷。最后结合过往医院项目案例及本次医院的定位,外立面宜使用的系统有:平开窗系统,玻璃栏杆系统,铝板幕墙系统,入口雨棚系统等。当然材料的正确选择只能达到部分效果,还需搭配公建化设计手法,提升外立面的整体效果,降低幕墙门窗系统零散块状化的影响。


项目影响


本项目落地于人才汇聚的广州中新知识城。此区域人口分布密集,地标建筑,产业园区接连落地,未来将有望成为引领广州高端知识经济发展的新引擎。本项目的定位为符合国际标准、以临床研究为核心、具备承接全球多中心临床试验能力的独立研究型医院,引入实体肿瘤、心脑血管、脑神经科学、罕见病、重症医学等重点专业,每年开展400-600项临床试验。将进一步完善广州医药健康产业创新链条,加速医药研发成果转化进程。



Project Information


The project is located in the biosafety industrial base of Knowledge City, south of Guanghe Expressway and east of Huaguan Expressway. The project is positioned as a research-oriented tertiary general hospital, covering an area of 40000 square meters, and the curtain wall area is about 30000 square meters.The project is mainly divided into two phases. At present, the design service is the first phase, including inpatient building and medical technology D&T center. The shape of the project is extended, and two buildings are designed according to the medical function, taking into account the beautiful appearance and facade, And to maximize the use satisfaction of medical beneficiaries.Rinro (Rinro Curtain Wall Consulting) is mainly responsible for the curtain wall consulting services of the project, From the working day of scheme design to the completion date of completion acceptance, he is responsible for various technical issues related to curtain wall, such as project cost estimate, structural calculation and analysis, 3D BIM, etc.



Design Inspiration


The design inspiration of the project comes from the sparkling river water on the Pearl River, implying that nature nurtures life. The whole building is light blue and comfortable, which can calm and soothe the mood. The project has designed a large area of roof garden, including landscape stairs, paths in the garden, outdoor terraces and small rest gardens, hoping to help patients and medical staff ease the tension and anxiety. The exterior facade of the building combines the climate characteristics of Guangdong, takes into account the external sunshade function on the basis of aesthetics, and fully reflects the humanistic care of the designer.


Architectural Design


The overall design of the building will consider many aspects. By adjusting the application of the building shape and materials, starting from the environmental factors and actual functional requirements, we will strive to present the best effect.

For example, in order to make full use of natural light sources, the project will use a daylighting roof, with an open design, and use large area of glass as a whole to form a transparent and bright space. The opening fan of the building facade will use asymmetric devices, and the shutter will be installed outside to adjust the sunlight entering the room, so that the indoor sunlight can be evenly distributed. Large-area glass curtain wall is also set in the lobby of the first floor to introduce natural light into every corner of the room.The project plans to apply for LEEDHC Gold and Green Building, and according to Article 2.0.1 of the new regulation "Energy Efficiency Design Standard for Public Buildings" DB33/1036-2021, the average design energy consumption level of public buildings should be reduced by 20% on the basis of the energy efficiency design standard implemented in 2016. As one of the public buildings with the highest energy consumption, the hospital will focus on green energy-saving design.


Curtain Wall Door and Window System


The selection of curtain wall door and window system is closely related to the architectural effect. Architectural modeling effect is the facade of hospital buildings, which not only affects the working mood of patients and staff, but also is very important for the future development of the whole hospital. By studying the urban location of the hospital building and the characteristics of the surrounding environment, according to the analysis of the sound insulation performance of various curtain wall systems and between the upper and lower floors of the building and between the horizontal rooms, in order to obtain a good architectural acoustic environment, select appropriate curtain wall materials and provide appropriate system design. In order to balance the building appearance and economy, the wind pressure zoning arrangement of the project is studied to determine the system selection and cost balance of the optimal exterior wall. The railings are concealed framed glass railings or fastener-type glass railings. The wide side of the railings can give people a heavy sense of security, and the whole is transparent and clean. In consideration of the aggregation of people flow and economic applicability, aluminum sheet canopy are preferred at the entrance of the outpatient service. Finally, based on the past hospital project cases and the positioning of this hospital, the appropriate systems for the facade are: casement window system, glass railing system, aluminum curtain wall system, entrance canopy system, etc. Of course, the correct selection of materials can only achieve part of the effect. It is also necessary to use public building design techniques to improve the overall effect of the facade and reduce the impact of scattered blocky curtain wall door and window system.

It introduces key disciplines such as solid tumor, cardio-cerebrovascular, brain neuroscience, rare diseases, and critical medicine, and carries out 400-600 clinical trials every year. It will further improve the innovation chain of Guangzhou's pharmaceutical and health industry and accelerate the transformation process of pharmaceutical research and development achievements.
