项目信息

本项目位于河南郑州郑东新区龙湖北岸,占地约158亩,总建筑面积约25.8万平方米,建设内容包含会议中心、会展中心、酒店。用地性质为文化设施用地兼容商业用地，建成后主要满足高规格、综合性国际首脑会议的需求。Rinro（凝龙幕墙咨询）为本项目幕墙第一标段提供技术咨询服务。

This project is located on the north bank of Longhu Lake in Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou, Henan Province, with a construction area of 258000 square meters. The construction includes a conference center, exhibition center, and hotel. After completion, it will mainly meet the needs of high-level and comprehensive international summits. Rinro provides technical consulting services for this project.

设计理念

项目核心设计理念为“璞玉如意·和合一体”。玉，作为崇尚温润平和华夏文明的直观作证，传递中华文化以和为贵的外交精神，也是大国重器的形象担当。建筑外观取形于玉龙，以一种平和线性的体量介入场地，宛如一条蛟龙卧于湖畔之滨；会议中心南侧主立面正对郑东新区千玺广场，形象上选择具有中国建筑形式的“殿”进行诠释，凝聚传统元素的主体造型气势恢宏。设计运用新的建筑语汇，将玉的精神气质投射到国家级场馆空间与城市环境中，建筑形态首尾呼应，建筑外立面的肌理，借鉴“四神云气图”中的祥云和飘带，律动的走势和纹理，与卧龙飞凤的建筑布局相映衬，共同组成大气磅礴、灵动飞扬的形象，与开放的城市空间浑然一体。

The core design concept is "Puyu Ruyi · Harmony Integration". The facade of the building is shaped like a jade dragon, lying on the shore of a lake; The main facade image on the south side of the conference center is interpreted with a "hall" in Chinese architectural form, embodying a grand and imposing main shape that embodies traditional elements.

立面设计

为了营造出精巧纤细的建筑外观，以及获取广阔通透的视觉体验，会展中心主龙骨使用的是弧形氟碳扁钢架，在大跨度条件下更容易满足需求，另外还能增加室内采光通透性。玻璃立面外设置了大量4mm穿孔铝单板悬挑遮阳板，让建筑更加飘逸，同时也确保了遮阳效果。由于本项目外立面造型为圆润的双曲面，难以定点，需要同时配合BIM技术利用犀牛三维建模，以便更好地控制加工及施工精度。

In order to create a delicate and slender architectural appearance, the main keel of the exhibition center uses an arc-shaped fluorocarbon flat steel frame, and a large number of 4mm perforated aluminum single panel cantilever sunshades are installed outside the glass facade, making the building more elegant. The project shape is hyperbolic and rounded, requiring BIM technology to use rhinoceros 3D modeling to better control processing and construction accuracy.

项目意义

本项目的落成将进一步完善郑州国家城市功能，提升郑州国际都市形象，加快北龙湖片区CBD建设步伐，并提高郑东新区的战略地位,丰富完善郑州国家中心城市服务功能,对郑州打造高规格会议会展“集聚地”具有重要意义。

The completion of this project will further improve the national urban functions of Zhengzhou, accelerate the construction of CBD in the Beilonghu area, and enhance the strategic position of Zhengdong New Area, which is of great significance for Zhengzhou to build a high-level gathering place for conferences and exhibitions.
