Rinro（凝龙幕墙咨询）于2011年春天创立于中国广州。在东亚的文化中，“龙”象征卓越，我们希望凝聚外墙设计行业的优秀专业人士，为客户提供外墙咨询的业内最具价值专业服务；这也就是“凝龙”的由来。自成立之始，凝龙始终坚持以设计及顾问咨询作为唯一的服务主业，专业专注地深耕于外墙设计领域。6名股东合伙人各拥有12~17年的幕墙设计经验，均供职过国际著名幕墙承包商或幕墙顾问企业。凝龙是首家总部在广州注册成立持有甲级幕墙专项设计资质的设计企业，是全国建筑幕墙顾问行业联盟会员及中国建筑金属结构协会成员。

建筑方案阶段，凝龙依托丰富的外墙设计经验协助建筑师完善建筑设计方案；

外墙招标阶段，凝龙独树一帜地提供详尽的外墙施工图；

外墙施工阶段，凝龙提供全流程点对点实地的顾问咨询服务；

这些，能够提升业主及建筑师对幕墙工程质量的把控，可以合理地监督施工单位以避免承包商忽视建筑品质追求自身利益最大化的弊端。

Rinro (Rinro Facade Consultant) was founded in spring 2011 in Guangzhou, China. In the culture of East Asia, “Dragon” symbolizes excellence. We hope to gather outstanding professionals in the external wall design industry and provide customers with the most valuable professional services in the industry for external wall consulting; this is the origin of “Rinro “in Chinese. Since its inception, Rinro has always adhered to design and consulting as the only service business, and is deeply dedicated to the field of exterior façade design. The 6 shareholder partners each have 12 to 17 years of experience in curtain wall design, and all have worked for internationally renowned curtain wall contractors or curtain wall consulting companies. We are the first design company with headquarters in Guangzhou to hold a Class A curtain wall special design qualification. In addition, Rinro is the member of the National Architectural Curtain Wall Consulting Industry Alliance and the member of China Construction Metal Structure Association.

At the architectural design stage, Rinro assisted architects in improving architectural design solutions based on our rich experience in exterior wall design.

During the construction phase of the external wall, Rinro provides point-to-point consulting services for the entire process;

These can improve the owners and architects' control over the quality of the curtain wall projects and can reasonably supervise the construction subcontractor to avoid the disadvantages of the contractors ignoring the construction quality and maximizing their own interests.

Rinro focuses on the exterior of the building. The consulting team relied on professional exterior experience and the use of industry-leading software tools to ensure the accuracy of drawings and audits; we bring together many outstanding practitioners in the external wall consulting industry, and through regular training and Research and study to master the latest engineering design, technology management and curtain wall design trends; through summing up and accumulating authoritative industry information, we believe that “giving people roses and having more than one fragrance”, developed professional software for the industry and share with industry peers, dedicated to providing private and customized services to owners and architects.Since its establishment, Rinro has served more than 20 mainstream Chinese real estate developers. In addition, we are the national strategic design supplier of Longfor and Times Real Estate. -股东合伙人制度是Rinro（凝龙幕墙咨询）的根本制度。

-凝龙内部企业事务由股东合伙投标申请负责，市场化激励及自评管理质量进行奖罚。

-每个设计组（19个）及部门均由股东合伙人直管，降低沟通成本，提高管理效率。

-The partner system is the basic system of Rinro (Rinro Curtain Wall Consulting).

-Rinro's internal corporate affairs are responsible for shareholder bidding applications, and market-based incentives and self-assessment management quality are rewarded and punished.

-Each design group (15) and departments are directly managed by shareholder partners, reducing communication costs and improving management efficiency.
