近日，Rinro(凝龙幕墙咨询)成功中标黄埔大道东646号地块项目。本项目位于位于地铁五号线东圃站地铁上盖，附近有黄埔大道东、东圃大桥、广州环城高速等路段，地理位置较为便利。总建筑面积14万平方米，地上面积为9.8万平方米。
