扬州GZ342地块项目（一期）

   


本项目位于江苏省扬州市邗江区平山乡瘦西湖路东侧、隋炀路北侧，用地面积约为10.1万平方米，建筑面积约25.8万平方米,外墙面积约8万平方米。该项目所处地块位于扬州城北，紧邻启扬高速、瘦西湖路，交通路网发达且便利，南拥5A级景区瘦西湖人文风光，西临华侨城大型文旅项目——梦幻之城，北倚王巷涧自然风光带，景观资源丰富，宜游、宜业且宜居。
采用“现代舒适+创新人居”设计理念，本项目旨在创造高品质、智能化、绿色生态的社区。完成后，该项目将成为一个多元现代科技产业园区，集总部办公、商业休闲、科技研发于一体。

This project is located in Pingshan Township, Hangjiang District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, on the eastern side of Shouxihu Road and the northern side of Suiyang Road, covering an area of approximately 101,000 square meters, with a building area of approximately 258,000 square meters and an exterior wall area of approximately 80,000 square meters. The project is situated in the north of Yangzhou City, adjacent to Qiyang Expressway and Shouxihu Road, with a well-developed and convenient transportation network. To the south is the 5A-level scenic spot of Shouxihu, offering beautiful cultural and natural scenery, while to the west is the large-scale cultural and tourism project of Overseas Chinese City - Dreamland City. To the north is the natural scenic area of Wangxiangjian, rich in landscape resources and suitable for both tourism and business.

Adopting the design concept of "modern comfort + innovative living", this project aims to create a high-quality, intelligent, and eco-friendly community. Upon completion, it will become a diverse modern technology industrial park, integrating headquarters offices, commercial leisure, and scientific research and development.



项目主要幕墙系统为：玻璃幕墙、石材幕墙、金属幕墙、格栅、门窗、雨蓬、玻璃栏板、百叶、及装饰等。

The main curtain wall system of the project are: glass curtain walls, stone curtain walls, metal curtain walls, grilles, doors and windows, canopies, glass balustrades, louvers, and decorative elements，etc.


广州交通运输职业学校



本项目位于广东省广州市增城区朱村街秀山村、凤岗村，总用地面积约 24万 平方米，总建筑面积约16.1万平方米。
该项目以“文脉传承，山水校园”为设计理念，布局合理，功能明确，空间感官明显。通过线性廊道将各主要功能体块穿插连接，打造出一个具有“山水田园、低碳智慧、岭南风格”的特色现代化校园。同时，本项目的选址是朱村教育城一期的中部核心地带，位于教育城中轴公共绿地以西，与广州铁路职业技术学院、市交通高级技工学校组成交通运输组团，对于推进职业教育片区联动发展，以及搭建珠三角地区职业教育院校交流合作平台也有着积极的促进作用     

This project is located in Zhucun Street Xiu Shan Village and Fenggang Village, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, with a total land area of approximately 240,000 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 161,000 square meters.

The project follows the design concept of "cultural heritage and natural beauty", with a reasonable layout, clear functions, and a distinct sense of space. By interweaving linear corridors to connect various main functional blocks, this project creates a modern campus with a "mountain-and-water landscape, low-carbon intelligence, and Lingnan style" characteristic. Moreover, the project is located in the central core area of Phase I of the Zhucun Education City, to the west of the central axis public green space of the education city. It forms a transportation and logistics group with Guangzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College and Guangzhou City Transport Senior Technician School. Therefore, it will play a positive role in promoting the coordinated development of vocational education in the area and serving as a platform for exchange and cooperation among vocational education institutions in the Pearl River Delta region.

四会中集智谷



本项目位于四会市贞山街道址沙村经济联合社地段，北邻广强南路,东侧临阅海大道,西侧临景汇路，南侧临城市规划路,建筑面积约20.3万平方米。地上由9栋99.6米高的高层塔楼、2栋80米高的高层塔楼及1栋1层的文化活动栋,两栋门楼组成；裙房1层高，功能为大堂、商业、配套设施；地下共1层地下室,功能为地下车库、文化活动站、商业及设备用房。
本项目位于四会发展核心区，旨在打造湾区智汇产城范本。本项目的建成将导入产业、资源和人口，推动四会产业升级，提高城市化水平。


This project is located in the Shacun Economic Union area of Zhenshan Street, Sihui City, adjacent to Guangqiang South Road to the north, Yuehai Avenue to the east, Jinghui Road to the west, and Urban Planning Road to the south. The construction area is approximately 203000 square meters. The ground is composed of 9 high-rise towers with a height of 99.6 meters, 2 high-rise towers with a height of 80 meters, 1 cultural activity building with a first floor, and 2 gatehouses; The podium is one story high and serves as a lobby, commercial, and supporting facilities; There is a total of 1 basement floor underground, which serves as an underground garage, cultural activity station, commercial and equipment room.

This project is located in the core area of Sihui Development, aiming to create a model of the Bay Area Smart Hui Industrial City. The completion of this project will introduce industries, resources, and population, promote the upgrading of industries in the four cities, and improve the level of urbanization.

大坦沙岛更新改造项目

本项目位于广东省广州市荔湾区大坦沙地段市一中以北、河沙中路以南。本项目建设将进一步推动岛内城中村改造进程，让居民尽早享受到更高品质的城市生活。随着项目的建设，岛上将会注入更多高端新业态，实现整岛产业的高端化、集群化发展，形成区域经济发展的新引擎。

This project is located in the Datansha section of Liwan District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, north of No.1 Middle School and south of Hesha Middle Road. The construction of this project will further promote the transformation process of urban villages within the island, allowing residents to enjoy a higher quality of urban life as soon as possible. With the construction of the project, more high-end new business forms will be injected into the island, achieving the high-end and clustered development of the entire island industry, and forming a new engine for regional economic development.
