近日，Rinro(凝龙幕墙咨询)成功中标辰悦公馆项目。本项目位于佛山市禅城区工业路南侧、货站路东侧，距离佛山地铁3号线的中山公园站（在建）约200米左右。项目周边未来将以住宅和商业为主，西侧还将新增一所小学。在内部配套方面规划有居民健身场地和游泳池，西南侧还有12班幼儿园一所。
Recently, Rinro successfully won the bid for the Chen Yue Residence Project. The project is located on the south side of Industrial Road and the east side of cargo station road in Chancheng District, Foshan City. It is about 200 meters away from Zhongshan Park Station (under construction) of Foshan Metro Line 3. The surrounding area of the project will be mainly residential and commercial, and a new elementary school will be built on the west side. In terms of internal facilities, there are residents' fitness areas and swimming pools planned in the project, and there is a kindergarten with 12 classes on the southwest side.

项目包括28栋住宅、1栋配套幼儿园、1个售楼部、1个门楼、裙楼商铺。主要外墙系统有铝板幕墙、瓷板幕墙、铝合金门窗、铝合金格栅及百叶、铝板雨篷。
