项目信息

本项目位于广州市黄埔区知识城，紧邻九龙大道与14号线镇龙北地铁站，二期占地面积约4.2万平方米，主要业态为三栋高层倒班楼及后勤服务楼，总体设计外观呈现为极具现代风格城市综合体建筑。Rinro（凝龙幕墙咨询）中标该项目，主要负责三栋倒班楼以及附属楼的玻璃幕墙、雨篷、百叶等深化设计，建筑面积约为18万平方米，其中玻璃面积约2万平方米，铝板面积约0.3万平方米。

该项目全面助力广州打造新能源汽车产业高地，进一步优化粤港澳大湾区汽车产业链布局。践行国家碳中和战略目标和新能源汽车发展战略。

The project is located in Knowledge City, Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, close to Kowloon Avenue and Zhenlongbei Metro Station on Line 14. The second phase covers an area of about 42,000 square meters. The main business formats are three high-rise shift buildings and logistics service buildings, and the overall design appearance presents a very modern-style urban complex building.

Rinro ( Rinro Curtain Wall Consultion) won the bid for the project, and is mainly responsible for the in-depth design of the glass curtain walls, canopy，and shutters of the three shift buildings and the annex buildings, with a construction area of about 180,000 square meters，of which the glass area is about 20,000 square meters and the aluminum plate area is about 3,000 square meters.

This project will help Guangzhou build a new energy vehicle industry highland and further optimize the layout of the automobile industry chain in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Practice the national carbon neutrality strategic goal and the new energy vehicle development strategy.
