本项目位于宝龙科技城范围，东临宝龙五路、南临东部过境高速、西临宝横路、北临沈海高速，项目选址玉塘街道田寮社区，总建筑面积5.42万㎡。主要建设内容包括体育馆、文化馆、图书馆、书吧等。

建筑立面为三段式退台处理，形成建筑物体量的层次感和水平延伸感。中间的一、二层开放平台广场通过楼梯连通，水平板之间上下互动。建筑之间广场连通，形成丰富、灵动的空间领域，同时创造出尺度适宜、接地气的建筑形态。建筑内外，U型玻璃与镂空砖墙面搭配组合塑造出虚实结合，线面结合的建筑形态，形成现代且丰富的立面效果。

This project is located within the scope of Baolong Technology City, adjacent to Baolong Fifth Road to the east, East Transit Expressway to the south, Baoheng Road to the west, and Shenhai Expressway to the north. The project is located in Tianliao Community, Yutang Street, with a total construction area of 54200 square meters. The main construction content includes sports venues, cultural centers, libraries, book bars, etc.

The building facade is treated with a three stage retreat, creating a sense of hierarchy and horizontal extension of the building's objects. The open platform squares on the first and second floors in the middle are connected by stairs, and the horizontal boards interact up and down. The squares between buildings are connected, forming a rich and dynamic spatial field, while creating a building form with appropriate scale and grounding. Inside and outside the building, The combination of U-shaped glass and hollow brick walls creates a modern and rich facade effect that combines virtual and real elements, lines, and surfaces.

茂名愉园

本项目位于茂名市双山六路东信时代广场与博汇新城之间，总建筑面积约58万平方米，规划建设8栋高层建筑13栋超高层建筑及其它公建配套。建筑外立面使用了大量涂料，不仅能够装饰美化建筑外立面，使建筑物外貌美观整洁，同时外墙涂料也能够起到保护建筑外墙的作用，延长其使用寿命。建筑围合式的布局，在临街面则形成高低错落空间布局，营造丰富的空间城市形象。

This project is located between Dongxin Times Square and Bohui New City on Shuangshan 6th Road in Maoming City, with a total construction area of approximately 580000 square meters. It is planned to construct 8 high-rise buildings, 13 super high-rise buildings, and other public building supporting facilities. A large amount of paint is used on the exterior walls of buildings, which can not only decorate and beautify the exterior, making the building appearance beautiful and tidy, but also protect the exterior walls and extend their service life.The overall layout of the building adopts a enclosed layout, while the frontage forms a staggered spatial layout, creating a rich spatial urban image.

新市头项目

本项目位于广州市海珠区中北部，新港中路以北、艺景路以南新市头村，广州中轴线上，毗邻广州塔以及规划中的广州美术馆、广州科学馆、广州博物馆新馆三大馆文化地标，地理位置得天独厚。

外墙面积约6万平方米，立面设计展现出现代、简洁、大气的风格，铝型材、玻璃、石材、镀锌钢等幕墙材料的有机结合，使建筑整体呈现出现代典雅风格特点。未来整个地块将打造一个国际化现代中心城区，成为广州塔景点周边商圈的一部分。

This project is located in the central northern part of Haizhu District, Guangzhou City, north of Xingang Middle Road and south of Yijing Road in Xinshitou Village. It is located on the Guangzhou Central Axis, adjacent to the Guangzhou Tower and the planned cultural landmarks of the Guangzhou Art Museum, Guangzhou Science Museum, and Guangzhou Museum New Museum. Its geographical location is unique.

The exterior wall covers an area of approximately 60000 square meters, and the facade design showcases a modern, concise, and atmospheric style. The organic combination of curtain wall materials such as aluminum profiles, glass, stone, and galvanized steel creates a modern and elegant style throughout the building. In the future, the entire plot will be built into an international modern central urban area, becoming a part of the commercial district surrounding the Guangzhou Tower scenic spot.
