河源汇福中心


本项目位于河源市源城区越王大道东侧，纬十二路北面，项目用地面积20000平方米，在用地的西北侧拟建一栋综合楼，地块的东南侧及东北侧设置有三栋商务公寓楼，总计容建筑面积70000平方米，建筑最高层数22层，容积率3.5，绿化率：30%。

The project is located on the east side of Yuewang Avenue, Yuancheng District, Heyuan City, and on the north side of Wei Shishi Road. The project site covers an area of 20,000 square meters. It is proposed to build a comprehensive building on the northwest side of the site, and there are three commercial buildings on the southeast side and northeast side of the plot. The apartment building has a total construction area of 70,000 square meters, the highest building has 22 floors, the floor area ratio is 3.5, and the greening rate is 30%.



项目主要幕墙系统为：铝合金门窗系统、玻璃栏杆系统、铝合金栏杆系统、格栅百叶系统、框架式玻璃幕墙系统、钢结构雨棚系统、点式玻璃雨棚系统。

The main curtain wall system of the project are：aluminum alloy door and window system, glass railing system, aluminum alloy railing system, grille shutter system, frame glass curtain wall system, steel structure canopy system, point glass canopy system.

成都锦江65亩项目

本项目位于成都市锦江区三圣街道粉坊房村6组，规划建筑面积168396.83平方米。

地块紧靠三圣花乡旅游区，临近成都市东部副中心市政景观公园，生态优势突出。周边两公里范围内，有成都市锦江区银杏小学、锦江外国语小学、成都树德中学（外国语校区）、成都七中育才学校（银杏校区）等教育资源，生活配套完善。同时该区域也是最近一年内区域价值提升极快的区域，禹洲地产、德商置业等在该区域的项目定位高端，将板块的居住价值属性成功导向为高端改善区域，利于后期项目挖掘溢价空间。

The project is located in Group 6, Fanfangfang Village, Sansheng Street, Jinjiang District, Chengdu, with a planned construction area of 168,396.83 square meters.

香港玛丽医院



本项目位于香港九龙，是香港玛丽医院重建工程，外墙面积48977平方米。

是香港的主要公营医院之一，同时亦为香港大学李嘉诚医学院的教学医院。医院位于香港岛西部的薄扶林，于1937年4月13日启用，当时号称为远东地区规模最大的医院。

This project is located in Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is a reconstruction project of Queen Mary Hospital of Hong Kong, with an external wall area of 48,977 square meters.

It is one of the major public hospitals in Hong Kong and the teaching hospital of the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong. The hospital is located in Pokfulam, west of Hong Kong Island. It was opened on April 13, 1937, and was known as the largest hospital in the Far East at that time.
