本项目位于广州天河区AT0305147地块八，幕墙面积15917平方米，项目包括总部办公大楼、IT技术研究中心（研究院）、IT运维公共技术平台、IT运维会展中心、IT运维服务中心、A等级机房、IT运维培训中心、员工活动中心等。未来计划每年举办科技创新及推广活动30场以上，将着力构造综合性IT高新技术产业集群，带动区域产业升级，提升区域经济发展水平。
