该项目位于惠州仲恺高新区陈江街道白云山片区ZKB-024-025号地块，外墙面积约22605平方米，建筑采用现代简约风格，规划上采用3+3阳光模式，园林设置双分区星级游泳池 、亲子儿童乐园、阳光草坪、运动公园等全龄活动空间，满足每个家庭成员不同需求，且注重空间尺度及生活舒适感，精心匠造，全品质交付，入住省钱省心。

该项目位于惠州大亚湾经济技术开发区，南侧为沿河中路（规划路）东侧为晓联路，西侧为沿山路。外墙面积113933平方米，地理位置优越。小径湾属于亚热带季风气候，年平均气温21.7℃。细柔洁白的海沙伴着2000多米长的月牙形海湾，海面辽阔，海水蔚蓝，轻涛吻岸，水波不惊，风景秀丽。
在建筑立面设计上更强调滨海风情，白色的立面局部装饰木质材料，丰富立面构成。水晶塔楼形态简洁，轻盈挺拔。

The project is located in Huizhou Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone, with Yanhe Middle Road (Planning Road) on the south side and Xiaolian Road on the east side, and Yanshan Road on the west side. Facade area is 113,933 square meters,The geographical position is superior. Xiaojing Bay has a subtropical monsoon climate with an average annual temperature of 21.7°C. The soft and white sea sand is accompanied by a 2,000-meter-long crescent-shaped bay. The sea is vast, the sea is blue, the waves kiss the shore, the waves are calm, and the scenery is beautiful.

In the design of the building facade, the seaside style is emphasized. The white facade is partially decorated with wooden materials to enrich the facade composition. The crystal tower is simple in shape, light and straight.

黄埔区公安局看守所


该项目位于广东省广州市黄埔区规划用地面积为80665㎡。本项目主要建设内容包括看守所房屋建筑、驻看守所武警中队营房、办案中心、物证中心以及道路广场、运动训练场地、绿化、公用工程等配套设施。本项目拟建总建筑面积约70097㎡，外墙面积25607㎡。

项目建设有利于保障黄埔区社会治安管理，对整个地区的社会稳定和经济发展起着必不可少的作用。

The project is located in Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, with a planned land area of 80665 square meters. The main construction content of this project includes detention center housing construction, armed police squadron barracks stationed in the detention center, case handling center, material evidence center, road square, sports training field, greening, public works and other supporting facilities.
