The sixteenth Jinpan Award comprehensive category Guangdong region selection, sponsored by Jinpan.com and "Time Real Estate" magazine, ended in Guangzhou on October 29, 2021. This time, eight awards were selected for the best residential, best office building, best villa, best hotel, best industrial real estate, best commercial real estate, best urban renewal, and best pre-sale real estate in Guangdong.

The project is located opposite the Cultural Tourism Center, within the scope of Xinhui TOD. The TOD project of Jiangmen Xinhui Station has been listed as a key construction project in Guangdong. It is a city center construction project integrating commerce, education, culture and entertainment in Xinhui.
