二期工程位于广州市南沙区庆盛枢纽片区西北角，总建筑面积约73万平方米。项目聚焦“教育+科研+产业”深度融合，主要建设内容包括：产学研大楼（知识转移转化中心）、教学综合体、科研大楼、NFF纳米实验室及动力站、学生宿舍与书院、停车楼、科研活动中心、全海洋动力实验室、校门诊部、教师宿舍、配套服务用房、配套幼儿园、学术交流中心及学术礼堂以及人防工程、地下室、架空层、连廊、室外停车场、室外运动场及室外工程等。教学综合体和产学研大楼严格按三星绿色建筑标准设计，彰显低碳发展理念。

The Phase II Project is located in the northwest corner of the Qingsheng Hub Area in Nansha District, Guangzhou. It focuses on the in-depth integration of "education + scientific research + industry". The teaching complex and the industry-university-research building are designed in strict accordance with the Three-Star Green Building Standard, demonstrating the concept of low-carbon development.

The project design integrates the concepts of "Oriental School, Chinese Style, Lingnan Charm and International Style", adopts the traditional Lingnan layout and the axis-oriented style of Qingshuiwan Campus, and thus reflects both regional cultural characteristics and the positioning of an international academic institution.

The C11 Teaching Building is intended to serve as the backdrop and extension of the campus green space. By streamlining the volume relationship at the regularized building ends, the overall sense of mass is enhanced. The vertical hierarchical logic of "base", "wall" and "crown" is clearly defined, with the proportional relationship of the base further emphasized.
