1.Rinro（凝龙幕墙咨询）近期新签约项目

佛山半月岛

 本项目位于佛山市禅城区绿景东路南侧、华祥路北侧、规划十四路东侧地块，计容建筑面积约11万平方千米，地块静卧三龙湾一隅，一侧的东平河S型环绕，弯道中心是约32万方的半月岛湿地公园，江面开阔大气，岛尖舒适宁静。建筑外立面采用了大面积玻璃幕墙，最大限度地将江岛风景引入室内。精心打造酒店度假风的静奢园林，将生态引入城市，江岛园一线相连，景观化零为整，极致呈现视觉丰富的江-岛-园三重景致。

This project is located in Chancheng District, Foshan City, with a total construction area of approximately 110000 square kilometers. The exterior facade of the building adopts a large area of glass curtain wall, which maximizes the introduction of river island scenery indoors.

主要幕墙系统：玻璃幕墙、石材幕墙、金属屋面、柱面装饰、雨篷等。

The main curtain wall system: Glass curtain walls, stone curtain walls, metal roofs, column decorations, canopies, etc.

番禺大道好又多灯光项目

本项目位于广州市番禺区大龙街道、紧邻番禺大道西侧的地块，属于南部番禺广场片区，Rinro（凝龙幕墙咨询）签约了该地块的幕墙设计及泛光设计两部分，该项目临近主干道，又有三线交汇的番禺广场站，交通通达性十分高。不仅能够直达珠江新城、琶洲等重要板块，于外还能勾通大湾区各城市，地块发展潜力巨大。

This project is located in Dalong Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou, and belongs to the southern Panyu Square area. Rinro has signed a contract for the curtain wall design and floodlight design of the plot.

经典尚城A1-1地块

经典尚城A1-1地块项目位于云南省昆明市西山区日新中路与陆家路交叉口，北临日新中路，南临河宏路，西临陆家路，东临清水河。建筑面积约11万平方米，其中， 布局有3栋住宅楼，1栋商业、办公楼，1#住宅楼与4#办公楼设置有底层沿街商业。

The Classic Shangcheng A1-1 plot project is located at the intersection of Rixin Middle Road and Lujia Road in Xishan District, adjacent to Rixin Middle Road to the north, Hehong Road to the south, Lujia Road to the west, and Qingshui River in Donglin. The building area is approximately 110000 square meters.

成都市郫都区犀浦街道X11-1号地块

本项目位于四川省成都市郫都区犀浦街道，位于成都市中部，紧邻金牛区和成都高新区西区，这意味着它能够享受到成都主城的辐射效应，同时与高新技术产业区相邻，有利于吸引企业和人才。随着郫都区及犀浦街道周边区域的产业升级，特别是与高科技企业和研发机构的集聚，将进一步推动地区经济发展，提升地块的商业和住宅价值。

This project is located in the central part of Chengdu, adjacent to Jinniu District and the West Zone of Chengdu High tech Zone. This means that it can enjoy the radiation effect of the main city of Chengdu, while being adjacent to the high-tech industrial zone, which is conducive to attracting enterprises and talents.

成都金堂项目

本项目位于四川省成都市金堂县赵家镇阳河街社区旭日路8号，规划建筑面积约6.5万平米，该地块是全国知名的食用菌主产地。本项目旨在加快推进羊肚菌交易中心、羊肚菌科创中心、羊肚菌标准化种植示范区和羊肚菌新村建设，是西南羊肚菌之都全产业链融合发展项目建设内容之一。

The project is located at No. 8, Xuri Road, Yanghe Street Community, Zhaojia Town, Jintang County, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, with a planned construction area of about 65,000 square meters, which is a well-known main producing area of edible fungi in China.

主要幕墙系统：玻璃幕墙、石材瓷板幕墙、铝板幕墙、雨棚、铝合金格栅。

The main curtain wall system: Glass curtain wall, stone curtain wall, aluminum panel curtain wall, canopy, aluminum grille.

其中各项材料统计信息为：玻璃面积约为15.8万平方米，铝合金材料面积约为3.3万平方米，铝板材料面积约为1.2万平方米，石材面积约8000平方米以及一些其它幕墙系统材料约4万平方米。

2.凝龙组织大跨度系统、精制钢等幕墙趋势系统技术交流活动

2024年4月19日，Rinro（凝龙幕墙咨询）邀请了沈阳恒安创始人赵勋海先生，莅临我司进行了一场关于大跨度幕墙的技术交流活动。本次技术交流，主要对现阶段日趋流行的大跨度系统，及精制钢系统等新技术在运用及施工过程中，遇到的疑难杂症进行了探讨，针对性地对恒安各种系统产品于广州太古汇项目及北京中国尊项目方面的应用进行了讲解。并通过线上会议与各分公司的同事进行了分享。

On April 19, 2024, Rinro invited Mr. Zhao Xunhai, founder of Shenyang Hengan, to visit our company for a technical exchange activity on large-span curtain wall.

精制钢系统往往在大跨度幕墙系统中扮演着重要角色，在大跨度的建筑设计和施工中，对材料往往有着极高的性能要求，使用精钢材料不仅可以增强结构的承重能力，还能通过精确的加工技术实现复杂造型。同时也衍生出了不同的幕墙系统，例如拉杆支承式、拉索支承式、单索支承式 、隐形索支承式等，以此满足大跨度建筑对美学和功能性的双重需求。因此，精钢系统与大跨度系统相结合，能够在确保大空间通透、开放的同时，提升建筑的整体品质和艺术表现力。

The refined steel system often plays an important role in the large-span curtain wall system, and the combination of the refined steel system and the large-span system can ensure that the large space is transparent and open at the same time, improve the overall quality and artistic expression of the building.

本次深度交流活动，通过精细解构一系列标志性项目的案例，不仅揭示了设计背后的灵感与策略，还具体展示了如何通过精选材料精准应对设计与实施过程中遇到的各种挑战。这让设计师们深刻理解每种材料的独特性能及其在解决特定难题中的妙用，从而在日后设计过程中遇到类似案例可以游刃有余。

This in-depth exchange activity, through the detailed deconstruction of a series of iconic project cases, demonstrated how to accurately respond to various challenges encountered in the design and implementation process through selected materials.
