This project is a multifunctional building located in the east section of Guangzhou International Financial City. The project has a superior geographical location, with the upper part of the tower and the southeast corner of the tower offering a beautiful view of the river. The project adopts sustainable and green building design to create a healthy and vibrant office environment. In addition, the project promotes employees' creativity and productivity by providing an innovative, symbiotic, and efficient work environment through individual choices. It also drives the company's sustainable development.

The overall design of the building incorporates a variety of effective and convenient Lingnan-style elements such as cold alleys, arcade-style buildings, covered walkways, open halls, and courtyards to achieve sustainability goals. These elements not only provide a comfortable indoor environment but also effectively save energy and reduce carbon emissions. In addition, the folded shape of the bottom and top of the building and the repeated use of folded design techniques on the facades not only express unity in composition but also create a crystal-like appearance. Together with the barrier-free public spaces and landscape facilities, a more pleasant office environment is created. The project, at over 122 meters, offers the best view of the river and city skyline, providing unparalleled visual enjoyment for users.

The design of this project demonstrates a high level of attention to sustainability, user comfort, and interactivity. Firstly, the conical shape of the building envelope reduces loads and improves structural efficiency while providing shading and reducing absorption of solar heat, thereby improving indoor comfort. The building envelope is designed to be operable, allowing for natural ventilation, further improving user comfort while reducing the need for air conditioning and other equipment indoors, which helps reduce energy consumption and conserve energy.

The design of the high-performance exterior wall can reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency, further achieving the building's sustainability goals. Building system controls provide energy-saving measures and improve the quality of the indoor work environment, providing employees with a healthier and more comfortable working environment.

The integrated atrium space encourages interaction and collaboration in headquarters offices, providing employees with a shared space that plays an important role in stimulating creativity and strengthening team collaboration.
