项目信息

奇安信大厦项目位于琶洲人工智能与数字经济试验区西区，广州市中心珠江琶洲岛上，建筑高度达145米，总用地面积4218平方米，总建筑面积约7.3万平方米，外墙面积约3万平方米，预计在2025年建设完成。近日Rinro(凝龙幕墙咨询)成功签约奇安信大厦项目幕墙设计顾问服务，幕墙类型包括：单元式玻璃幕墙、金属幕墙、石材幕墙、建筑装饰金属面板、铝合金百叶、雨篷等。

The Qi'anxin Building project is located in the west area of Pazhou Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy Experimental Zone, on the Pearl River Pazhou Island in the center of Guangzhou, with a building height of 145 meters, a total land area of 4,218 square meters and a total construction area of about 73,000 square meters. Facade wall area is about 30000 square meters . Construction is expected to be completed in 2025. Recently, Rinro (Rinro Curtain Wall Consultion) has successfully signed the curtain wall design consultancy service for the Qi Anxin Building project. The curtain wall types include: Unitized glass curtain wall, metal curtain wall, stone curtain wall, architectural decorative metal panel, aluminum alloy shutter, canopy, etc.

项目特点

如今的广州市中心遍布高密度高层建筑，但奇安信总部大厦，西北方向的视野并未被阻挡，上可饱览广州中央天际线全景，下可俯瞰珠江蜿蜒而过。

这里还提供可以远眺天际线美景的餐饮、健康、社区和运动设施，将都市空间延伸到空中，营造出一个“天空之境”及现代化的工作环境，提高了员工的幸福感和主动性。多层通高透明中庭和大型屋顶花园赋予了该建筑独特的外观，即使是从远处，也能从一片城市景观中脱颖而出。

在城市空间方面，总部大厦与周围景观多方位相互联系。地块北侧的绿色公园和前广场，为建筑提供了宜人的入口环境。南侧的柱廊经由公共人行道与周围的商铺和咖啡馆相连。裙楼上的花园和开放式平台进一步为员工提供了休闲空间。

Today's downtown Guangzhou is full of high-density high-rise buildings, but the Qi Anxin Headquarters Building has an unobstructed view from the northwest. From the top, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Guangzhou's central skyline, and from the bottom, you can overlook the winding Pearl River.

It also provides dining, health, community and sports facilities with skyline views, extending urban space into the sky, creating a "skyscape" and a modern working environment that enhances employee happiness and motivation. Multi-height transparent atriums and large roof gardens give the building a unique appearance that stands out from the urban landscape even from a distance.

In terms of urban space, the headquarters building is connected to the surrounding landscape in multiple directions. The green park and front plaza on the north side of the plot provide a pleasant entrance environment for the building. The colonnade on the south side is connected to the surrounding shops and cafés via a public walkway. Gardens and open decks on the podium further provide space for employees to relax.

设计理念

设计师是GMP.冯.格康.玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所，设计方案以“垂直城市”的概念出发，灵感源自华山之巅的天空之境。通过打造高度联通的平台式立体城市景观，将宽敞的中庭纳入紧凑的塔楼结构，为员工提供休息和放松的空间。

The designer is Meinhard von Gerkan, Volkwin Marg ＆ Partners Architects. The design scheme is based on the concept of "vertical city", inspired by the sky at the top of Mount Huashan. By creating a highly connected platform-style three-dimensional urban landscape, the spacious atrium is incorporated into the compact tower structure to provide employees with a space for rest and relaxation.
