项目信息


本项目基地位于广州市海珠区。建设用地狭长，沿黄埔涌东西展开。与海珠区琶洲会展板块隔河相望。北侧为黄埔涌，西侧为广东财经大学。地块总建筑面积为40184 m²，其中203地块总建筑面积16598m²；204地块总建筑面积为23586 m²。

The project site is located in the Haizhu District of Guangzhou. The construction land is narrow and elongated, stretching east-west along the Huangpu Creek. It faces the Pazhou Exhibition Area across the river. The north side is adjacent to the Huangpu Creek, and the west side is next to Guangdong University of Finance and Economics.



设计理念


布局的前瞻性:与会展板块隔河相望，项目整体形成了驭潮前行的“未来之舰”形态，立面简洁纯粹的同时标示性极强。构思的巧妙性:设计敏锐发掘了项目西偏北8°左右为广州塔方向，规划为从东向西逐步降低的退台形态，在西侧形成大量露台空间。采用偏筒平面设计，北侧随造型植入阳台空间，充分回应临河景观。精神的共鸣性:基于广州的气候特征设计挖掘岭南聚落的露台、骑楼、庭院等空间手法，植入与立面结合的绿色元素，创造出契合岭南气候与城市气质的立体空间与街区体验。

The design layout is forward-looking, the concept is ingenious, and it resonates with a sense of spirit. Facing the exhibition area across the river, the overall project takes the form of a "ship of the future" moving forward with the tide. The façade is simple and pure, yet highly distinctive in its landmark quality.
