本项目位于海南省海口市秀英区滨海大道以北秀英区中央商务区，总建筑面积为19.89万平方米，建筑高度147.39米。项目规划建设高层住宅楼、5A办公楼、商业楼及国际会议中心等建筑，旨在打造海南城市顶级滨海综合体标杆的高端项目，塑造一个可以活化城市界面、具备高端商务气质、引领片区发展的区域地标。

The project involves constructing high-rise residential buildings, 5A office buildings, commercial buildings, and international conference centers, aiming to create a benchmark high-end project for Hainan's top coastal urban complex.

建筑采用采用大面积超白中空夹胶玻璃，室内获得更通透视野;配合装饰线条，对光线具有良好的反射和折射特性，尤其是在阳光照射下，金属框架与玻璃面板之间会产生动态的光影变化。随着时间和天气的不同，建筑外观呈现出千变万化的视觉效果。玻璃面板作为主要装饰材料，带来通透轻盈的视觉感受。

The building uses large-area ultra-white insulating laminated glass, providing a more transparent view indoors; in combination with decorative lines, it has good reflection and refraction characteristics of light.

项目设计灵感来源于海南岛本地的青竹，将海南岛自然界中的垂直元素运用到立面的设计语言中，通过不同的立面划分方式，营造塔楼节节向上姿态。塔冠通过体块错动消解体量的粗壮感，营造丰富的顶部变化。项目整体设计语言秉持着罗牛山集团耕耘于海南 “艰苦奋斗、坚韧不拔”的拓荒牛精神，从竹这一意向中提取了“自强不息，顶天立地”高风亮节的寓意，将罗牛山广场打造为根植于海南并引领区域的城市标杆。

The design concept of the project is inspired by the green bamboo native to Hainan Island, incorporating the vertical elements from Hainan's natural environment into the design language of the façade. Through various façade segmentation methods, the design creates an image of the tower ascending section by section.
