    普通门窗的密封性能较差。根据国家标准《建筑外门窗气密、水密、抗风压性能分级及检测方法》GB／T 7106-2008中规定，居住建筑第1～9层外窗的气密性能不应低于的4级水平；10层及10层以上外窗的气密性能不应低于国家标准《建筑外门窗气密、水密、抗风压性能分级及检测方法》GB／T 7106-2008中规定的6级水平。因此一些提升门窗及一些密封窗的运用慢慢得到推广，这一类窗型主要原理是压缩窗扇与扇框间的距离，依靠减少密封胶条的紧缩量来提高密封性能。

06 内置百叶
    内置百叶中空玻璃的选用也是目前一些项目经常遇到的纠结难题。很多项目的遮阳系数经常满足不了国家规范的要求，特别是西面位置，采用悬挑遮阳措施一般会影响建筑外观。内置百叶中空玻璃主要担忧点是百页的耐久性，一般来说，如果中空玻璃的内置百叶损坏了，玻璃只能重新更换，这对于日常使用家庭来说是几乎不可以接受的。对于普通居家用户，暂且不说成本是否可以接受，如何寻找可靠的更换施工单位就是一个几乎解决不了的问题。厂家反馈内置百叶可以长期使用3万次开启，按一天开启5次，则相当于16年的耐久性。因此此类产品能否得到大规模推广主要取决于内置百叶的耐久性问题是否得到彻底地解决。
