RIRNO | (凝龙)商务礼仪宣贯培训及8月月度质量例会


2021年8月14号,Rinro(凝龙幕墙咨询)在广州总部召开商务礼仪宣贯培训及8月月度质量例会。会议以在线视频形式召开,主会场设在广州总部二楼办公室,成都、贵阳、深圳各分公司以视频形式参会,公司全体员工参加了本次会议。

On August 14, 2021, Rinro (Rinro Curtain Wall Consultant) Held business etiquette publicity training and August monthly quality meeting in Guangzhou headquarters. The conference was held in the form of online video. The main venue was located in the office on the second floor of the Guangzhou headquarters.The branches of Chengdu, Guiyang, and Shenzhen participated in the conference in the form of video. All employees of the company attended this meeting.


     


本次会议主要分为两部分内容:

1.月度项目质量问题总结。

公司管理层王华森例行地复盘了上个月度项目设计制图中出现的各种问题及要求,例如标准化资料不得随意增添删减,设计说明参数指引参数等必须准确且符合实际等;

虽然这些问题都是一些老生常谈的,但个别问题可能会严重影响项目的完整性及设计品牌的专业性。

三令五申的目的:就是希望所有设计人员都能够重视这些一而再,再而三出现的问题,给客户提供更加优质的设计产品及服务。

This meeting is mainly divided into two parts:

1. Summary of monthly project quality issues.

The company’s management, Wang Huasen, routinely reviewed various problems and requirements that appeared in the project design drawings last month. For example, standardized files must not be added or deleted at will, and design specifications, guidelines, parameters, etc. must be accurate and in line with reality, etc.;

Although these issues are commonplace, individual issues may seriously affect the integrity of the project and the professionalism of the design brand.

The purpose of repeated orders and five applications: is to hope that all designers can pay attention to these repeated problems, and provide customers with better design products and services.



2.商务礼仪及日常工作注意事项指引

管理层陈湛二随后给所有同事宣贯了商务礼仪以及日常工作需要注意的一些细节:

1.在公司办公区域以及出差开会,原则上要穿皮鞋,运动鞋及凉鞋。

2.在外出差与甲方会面时,着装须正式。

3.出差开会,必须提前到达会场;须携带电脑、笔记本等用品;手机保持静音;会议保持饱满的精神状态参与会议沟通,提供高质量的会议沟通服务。

4.保持办公环境干净卫生;夏季天气炎热,易变质腐化的餐食残渣应立即清理,不得遗留在办公室。

5.午间休息时间不得发出嘈杂喧哗之声,影响他人休息。

6. 办公室内不得抽烟。

7. 甲方或设计院第三方到访公司,项目主设或项目合伙人须热情接待,安排会议;如客户中午及晚上超时在公司开会,安排工作餐。

2. Guidelines for business etiquette and daily work precautions

Chen Zhan'er, the management team, then announced business etiquette and some details that need to be paid attention to in daily work to all colleagues:

1. In principle, leather shoes, sports shoes and sandals should be worn in the office area of the company and on business trips and meetings.

2. When meeting with cilent on a business trip, the dress code must be formal.

3. When traveling for business meetings, you must arrive at the venue in advance; you must bring computers, laptops and other supplies; keep your mobile phone silent; maintain a full mental state in the meeting to participate in meeting communication, and provide high-quality meeting communication services.

4. Keep the office environment clean and hygienic; the summer weather is hot, and the food residues that are perishable should be cleaned up immediately and must not be left in the office.

5. During the lunch break, no noisy noises should be made to affect others' rest.

6. No smoking in the office.

7. When client or a third party of the design institute visits the company, the project leader or

design manager must warmly receive and arrange meetings; if the client has a meeting at the company overtime at noon and night, arrange working meals


完备公司工作日常流程:

1)项目启动书。

2)群昵称,进群要及时修改群昵称。

3)群里及时回复。

4)提交图纸成果时,CAD与PDF一起提交,且PDF要旋转好;

5)蓝图打印送达要快速,准确。

6)晒蓝图,必须附技术交底文件。

Complete daily work flow of the company:

1) Project start-up letter.

2) Group nickname, change the group nickname in time when entering the group.

3) Reply in time in the group.

4) When submitting the drawing results, the CAD and PDF should be submitted together, and the PDF should be rotated;

5) The blueprint printing and delivery should be fast and accurate.

6) The blueprint must be attached with technical documentation.

凝龙设计商务意识:
1.设计资料发文:需要注意的细节,包括资料来源的权威性、唯一性以及准确性。格式准确,资料送达落实到位,明确得到客户回馈。如若延迟交图,必须说明原因。
2.设计疑问:须用词商务、描述简洁、引导客户、图文并茂、有依可据、合情合理。
3.设计资料沟通过程:超出业务范围,礼貌告知业主;信息不足或信息错误,及时修改并与业主确认。
4.通知客户:项目进展及时汇报业主。

Rinro design business sense:

4. Notify the client: report the progress of the project to the owner in a timely manner.
