项目信息

本项目位于佛山市顺德区大良街道碧桂路以西、德智路以南，占地面积17862 平方米，总建筑面积约128000平方米，地上43层，建筑高度约202.3米，幕墙展开面积暂定73822 平方米。

项目由一座五十层的塔楼、三层裙楼以及两层地下室组成，结合周边地块打造TOD连廊，围绕着“以人为本”理念，以“交通一体化”为设计核心，打造地下、地面空中三维立体交通体系。本项目的落定，对于2021年新晋为特大城市的佛山如同锦上添花，Rinro凝龙幕墙咨询签约该项目幕墙顾问服务，将助力佛山打造顺德“城市空中客厅”和一崭新的城市地标，服务内容主要包括为：玻璃幕墙、铝板幕墙、石材幕墙等。

This project is located west of Bigui Road and south of Dezhi Road in Daliang Street, Shunde District, Foshan City. It covers an area of 17862 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 128000 square meters. It has 43 floors above ground and a building height of approximately 202.3 meters. The curtain wall area is tentatively set at 73822 square meters.

The project consists of a fifty story tower, a three story podium, and a two-story basement, combined with the surrounding land to create a TOD corridor. Centered around the concept of "people-oriented" and with "transportation integration" as the design core, it creates a three-dimensional transportation system for underground, ground, and air. The completion of this project is like adding icing on the cake for Foshan, which will become a new mega city in 2021. Rinro Curtain Wall Consultion has signed a contract with Foshan to provide curtain wall consultion services for this project, which will help Foshan create a "urban living room" and a brand new urban landmark in Shunde. The services mainly include glass curtain walls, aluminum panel curtain walls, stone curtain walls, etc.

设计理念

本项目的设计单位为Aedas环球凯达，是世界上唯一由全球共享研究、本地知识和国际实践推动的本地和全球架构和设计实践。汇集了来自世界各地的专业知识。每个项目的设计师都积极了解和尊重项目当地社区的社会和文化。项目设计灵感也适当融入地方风俗，本项目设计灵感来自于《晋书·褚陶传》中的“龙跃云津”，意喻为杰出人才的崛起对应着步步高升的城市变迁。

本项目作为顺德地区的地标性建筑，以其202.3米的高度与地块中的顺德绿地中心，交相呼应打造出城市河景迷人的天际线，项目依仗地形而生，设计之初为充分考虑湖沿桂畔海的景观通透性，建筑布局主动向场地西侧城市景观侧退让，面向滨河景观带敞开，将生态向东延续。沿场地北侧布置沿街景观，沿场地南侧布置沿河景观，消解本项目场地与桂畔海滨河景观的边界，将景观生态引入场地内。因此场地内景观与西侧滨河景观带相连，形成东西向城市景观带分支，呼应顺德区大良街道片区景观系统。场地内城市公共慢行步道连接周边景观、办公及商业，结合西侧桂畔海滨河景观，使项目场地成为社区活力网的重要节点。

The architect of this project is Aedas Global Kaida, which is the only local and global architecture and design practice in the world driven by global shared research, local knowledge, and international practices. Bringing together professional knowledge from around the world. The designers of each project actively understand and respect the society and culture of the local community in the project. The project design inspiration is also appropriately integrated into local customs. The design inspiration for this project comes from the "Dragon Leaps Over Yunjin" in the "Biography of Chu Tao in the Book of Jin", which means that the rise of outstanding talents corresponds to the gradual rise of urban changes.

As a landmark building in the Shunde area, this project, with a height of 200 meters, complements the Shunde green space center in the plot to create a charming skyline with urban river scenery. The project relies on the terrain and was designed to fully consider the landscape permeability of the lake along the Guipan Sea. The architectural layout actively retreats to the west side of the site and opens up to the riverside landscape belt, extending the ecology to the east. Along the north side of the site, landscape along the street is arranged, and along the south side of the site, landscape along the river is arranged to dissolve the boundary between the project site and the Guipan waterfront landscape, and introduce landscape ecology into the site. Therefore, the landscape within the site is connected to the west riverside landscape belt, forming an east-west branch of the urban landscape belt, echoing the landscape system of the Daliang Street area in Shunde District. The urban public slow walking path within the site connects the surrounding landscape, office, and commercial areas, combined with the west side Guipan Seaside Riverside landscape, making the project site an important node in the community vitality network.

建筑立面设计

本项目建筑为了体现现代城市特色，营造商业氛围，充分考虑了建筑空间的层次结构，建筑立面造型简洁明快、凸显商业服务业为主导，整体风格协调统一。建筑首层设置骑楼，二层设置步行连廊与城市慢行系统相连，增加空间丰富度的同时，也让场地内公共空间与城市环境连接更加紧密。塔楼及裙房均有大量阳台、露台等公共开放空间，将场地周边自然景观引入建筑，使建筑融入自然。

建筑立面采用了大量高反射玻璃幕墙，其顶部及其余装饰节点点缀香槟金色铝板，当阳光散落其上，犹如日照金山般光芒四射，让人眼前一亮，于建筑首层采用拉索玻璃幕墙，使建筑整体轻盈通透,视野开阔,因其又兼具支撑结构轻巧等特点,增强了建筑物内外交融的美感。简明的体块虚实关系体现建筑现代感，通透的立面设计及多变的空间体验营造商业氛围，精致的曲线型细节设计彰显项目商业品质，整体呈现出华而不奢的典雅。为了保障安全，本项目高层建筑于上层区域设置了开启扇，中层区域设计有避难层百叶，这将对建筑幕墙整体尽善尽美的外观与安全实用环保节能等方面的融合提出了较大的挑战。

In order to reflect the modern urban characteristics and create a commercial atmosphere, this project fully considers the hierarchical structure of the building space. The facade design of the building is simple and bright, highlighting the dominance of the commercial service industry, and the overall style is coordinated and unified. The first floor of the building is equipped with an arcade, and the second floor is connected to the urban slow traffic system by a pedestrian corridor, which not only increases spatial richness but also makes the public space within the site more closely connected to the urban environment. The tower and podium have a large number of public open spaces such as balconies and terraces, which introduce the natural landscape around the site into the building and integrate it into nature.

The building facade adopts a large number of highly reflective glass curtain walls, with champagne golden aluminum panels embellished on the top and other decorative detail. When the sunlight scatters on it, it shines like a golden mountain, making it eye-catching. On the first floor of the building, a cable glass curtain wall is used, making the overall building light and transparent, with a broad view. Due to its lightweight supporting structure and other characteristics, it enhances the beauty of the integration of the inside and outside of the building. The concise relationship between virtual and real blocks reflects the modern sense of architecture, the transparent facade design and diverse spatial experience create a commercial atmosphere, the exquisite curved detail design highlights the commercial quality of the project, and the overall presentation presents a luxurious and not luxurious elegance. In order to ensure safety, the high-rise building of this project is equipped with opening fans in the upper floor area, and refuge louvers are designed in the middle floor area. This poses a significant challenge to the integration of the overall appearance of the building curtain wall with safety, practicality, environmental protection, and energy conservation.

本项目以其流线造型和多变的公共挑台不仅丰富了沿河城市天际线，还最大程度利用地块景观价值，提高了整体的商业氛围，促使人与区域更紧密的连接。TOD商业体拟引进金融、连锁粤菜餐饮、文旅项目运营三大板块，发挥服务创新、门户枢纽和综合服务的功能，打造湾区区域合作的前沿阵地，吸引现代服务业企业聚集发展。项目建成后，将成为矗立在顺德东大门的中心城区地标性建筑。

This project not only enriches the urban skyline along the river with its streamlined design and diverse public platforms, but also maximizes the value of the land landscape, improves the overall commercial atmosphere, and promotes closer connections between people and the region. TOD Commercial Group plans to introduce three major sectors: finance, chain Cantonese cuisine and catering, and cultural and tourism project operation, leveraging its functions of service innovation, portal hub, and comprehensive services to create a cutting-edge position for regional cooperation in the Bay Area and attract modern service industry enterprises to gather and develop. After the project is completed, it will become a landmark building in the central urban area standing at the east gate of Shunde.
