深圳光明润宏项目

本项目位于光明区凤凰街道塘尾社区，计容建筑面积约42.02万m，紧邻“三横三纵”城市主干路，距南光高速和龙大高速出入口约2公里，包含4个地块 17 栋建筑和裙楼商业。裙楼主楼连为一体，主楼最高高度达180m，而裙楼存在多处大跨度、大悬挑部位，因此对幕墙材料的承重和抗震能力有较高的要求。裙楼作为商业展示区，采用了大面积的玻璃幕墙，为保证建筑的整体性以及美观安全实用性能，阳角转角处，材料的选择与衔接将成为重点难点。

This project is located in Tangwei Community, Fenghuang Street, Guangming District, with a total construction area of approximately 420200 meters. It is adjacent to the "three horizontal and three vertical" urban main road, and is about 2 kilometers away from the entrance and exit of Nanguang Expressway and Longda Expressway. It includes 4 plots of 17 buildings and podium commercial buildings. The main building of the podium is connected as a whole, with a maximum height of 180m. However, there are multiple large span and overhanging parts in the podium, which require high load-bearing and seismic resistance of curtain wall materials. As a commercial display area, the podium adopts a large area of glass curtain walls. To ensure the overall integrity, aesthetics, safety, and practical performance of the building, the selection and connection of materials at the external corners will become a key and difficult point.

汕头滨海湾

本项目位于汕头市龙湖区海滨路与海韵路交汇处，东侧是璟珑湾和海琴湾，门前是海滨路，可瞰头排内海湾海景，定位为高端豪宅。本项目采用公建化立面，仿幕墙设计，采用大面积玻璃外窗。塔楼两侧凸窗采用弧形玻璃，半径为600mm，解决小半径弯弧玻璃的技术问题是项目的难点。外立面横线线条采用干挂铝板，面积多，提供合理性成本优化方案是设计的重点。恒温泳池设置有玻璃顶棚及围合玻璃幕墙，需要有合理的钢结构设计方案来实现设计效果，此外还需解决可能存在的玻璃反光所引起的光污染问题。

This project is located at the intersection of Haibin Road and Haiyun Road in Longhu District, Shantou City. To the east is Jinglong Bay and Haiqin Bay, and in front of the gate is Haibin Road, overlooking the bay sea view in Toupai. It is positioned as a high-end luxury residence. This project adopts a public facade with a simulated curtain wall design and a large area of glass facade windows. The convex windows on both sides of the tower are made of curved glass with a radius of 600mm. Solving the technical problem of small radius curved glass is the difficulty of the project. The horizontal lines of the exterior facade adopt aluminum panel with a large area, and providing a reasonable cost optimization plan is the focus of the design. The constant temperature swimming pool is equipped with a glass ceiling and enclosed glass curtain wall, which require a reasonable steel structure design concept to achieve the design effect. In addition, it is necessary to solve the problem of light pollution caused by possible glass reflection.

本项目位于广东省广州市黄浦区镇龙村九龙大道，毗邻创新大道、永九快速镇龙综合交通枢纽一体化等项目，交通便利。此外该项目紧邻正在规划的新龙公园、上下境文旅产业园项目，十分钟可达油麻山、麦村、金坑等生态旅游胜地。

This project is located on Jiulong Avenue, Zhenlong Village, Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, adjacent to projects such as Innovation Avenue and Yongjiu Expressway Zhenlong Comprehensive Transportation Hub Integration, with convenient transportation. The project is located in Jianggao, Guangzhou City, with a total land area of 117019 square meters, a Floor area ratio of 2.8, and a total building area of 456605 square meters. The project has three planned east-west roads intersecting Guanghua Road.

This project is located 280 meters northwest of the intersection of Hulin Road and Maogang Road in Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. Currently, ithe project uses a large area of all glass and porcelain curtain walls on the exterior facade, which has good lighting and presents a simple and elegant effect. The building is also more modern.
