二零一九年一月，成都协信希尔顿酒店正式开业，这个从设计到建造历时8年的项目，也是都设在成都建成的第一个项目，姗姗来迟，但值得等待。协信希尔顿酒店隶属于协信中心项目，位于成都二环路东一段，这是一个包括甲级写字楼、酒店、商业以及住宅的22万平方米的城市综合社区。其中酒店是最富有挑战性的一个部分。

In January 2019, Chengdu Sincere Hilton Hotel officially opened. This project, which took 8 years from design to construction, is also the first project to be completed in Chengdu. It is long overdue, but it is worth the wait. Xiexin Hilton Hotel is part of Xiexin Center project and is located in the east section of the second ring road in Chengdu. This is a 220,000 square meter urban comprehensive community including Grade A office buildings, hotels, commercial and residential buildings. The hotel is the most challenging part.

由于酒店是项目建造的最后一期，在满足必要的市政退界之外，还需要保证已建办公楼及住宅的退距。因此可建面积只有5000㎡。在如此紧张的用地条件下，需要建造一个地上30000㎡，296个钥匙间，同时要满足希尔顿酒店管理团队最高规格的客房与配套设施标准的五星级酒店，几乎是一个无法完成的任务。都设凭借多年的酒店设计经验，创造性地将舒适的使用空间与合理的结构机电体系有机整合，完美解决了规划、建造难度与周期、空间趣味与成本等诸多痛点。最终的定稿设计共有296套客房，包括一个高级行政楼层，一个800㎡的宴会厅、500㎡全日制餐厅，以及中餐厅、风味餐厅、娱乐休闲等全套附属设施。整体的极限功能整合在酒店设计领域具有令人印象深刻的开创性。

Since the hotel is the last phase of the project construction, in addition to meeting the necessary municipal delimitation, it is also necessary to ensure the distance between the built office buildings and residences. Therefore, the buildable area is only 5,000 square meters. Under such tight land conditions, it is almost impossible to build a five-star hotel with 30,000 square meters on the ground and 296 key rooms, and at the same time, to meet the highest standard of guest rooms and supporting facilities of the Hilton hotel management team. With years of experience in hotel design, Duxie creatively integrates comfortable use of space with a reasonable structural electromechanical system, which perfectly solves many pain points such as planning, construction difficulty and cycle, space interest and cost. The final finalized design has a total of 296 guest rooms, including a high-level executive floor, an 800-square-meter banquet hall, a 500-square-meter full-time restaurant, and a full set of auxiliary facilities such as a Chinese restaurant, a flavor restaurant, and entertainment and leisure. The overall limit function integration is impressively groundbreaking in the field of hotel design.

创造性的“H”型交通空间将交通面积压缩到最小

巧妙的交通后勤空间将得房率提升到最高

在外立面设计上，项目同样面临挑战。出于开发成本的考虑，留给酒店外立面幕墙的单方造价只有900元/㎡。而业主和酒店管理方又一致希望酒店外观体现希尔顿品牌一贯的高品质，这些看似矛盾的设计要求对都设提出了极高的要求。设计团队从早期的芝加哥学派汲取灵感，经典比例的三段式型构精确地对应酒店公共区、标准客房楼层及高级行政楼层，体现出建筑典雅的品格。“芝加哥式窗”增加了单一客房的采光和视野，中间的通透的固定窗向前凸出，两侧凹进的开启窗扇保证了立面的整体观感。设计大幅减少装饰的应用，对石材的塑造以凿刻和几何抽象的现代手法代替了传统古典主义的线脚装饰手法，保证建筑立面简洁而不失精致。出于造价的控制，石材的选择余地已经很小。设计团队决定选取原片单价不足百元的石材---“虾红”，标准石材线条大部分采用荔枝面处理，并且采用细小的线条以减少纹理及色彩上的瑕疵，并且通过不同的表面的肌理来拼装。同时在节点设计上确保阳角交接部分尽量在工厂预制，现场装配部分多为阴角交接，最大限度保证了整体幕墙的精度与细节。

In terms of facade design, the project also faced challenges. Due to development cost considerations, the unilateral cost for the facade of the hotel is only 900 yuan/㎡. The owners and the hotel management also hope that the exterior of the hotel will reflect the consistently high quality of the Hilton brand. These seemingly contradictory design requirements place extremely high demands on the design. The design team drew inspiration from the early Chicago school. The classic ratio of the three-stage structure accurately corresponds to the hotel's public areas, standard guest rooms and senior executive floors, reflecting the elegant character of the building. The "Chicago-style window" increases the lighting and vision of a single guest room. The transparent fixed window in the middle protrudes forward, and the recessed opening sashes on both sides ensure the overall look and feel of the facade. The design greatly reduces the application of decoration, and the modern methods of chiseling and geometric abstraction have replaced the traditional classicist line decoration methods in the shaping of the stone, ensuring the simplicity and exquisiteness of the building facade. Out of cost control, the choice of stone is very small. The design team decided to select the original stone with a unit price of less than 100 yuan-"Shrimp Red". Most of the standard stone lines are treated with lychee surface, and fine lines are used to reduce texture and color flaws, and through different surfaces Texture to assemble. At the same time, in the joint design, ensure that the external corner transfer part is prefabricated in the factory as much as possible, and the on-site assembly part is mostly the female corner transfer, ensuring the accuracy and details of the overall curtain wall to the greatest extent.
