Rinro (Rinro Curtain Wall Consulting) was founded in Guangzhou, China in the spring of 2015. · Curtain Wall Consultant-2 people

Responsibilities: Independently responsible for curtain wall/door and window projects and system design selection, good Chinese and English expression and communication skills, independent bidding budgetary ability, familiar with quotas and various material prices; familiar with current curtain wall industry related regulations, independent The ability to analyze curtain wall structure, the design and analysis ability of curtain wall steel structure; is responsible for project communication, assumes the role of project manager to communicate with owners, design institutes, scheme companies, construction parties, etc., and participates in customer meetings.

Experience requirements: more than 5 years of relevant experience in the field of door and window curtain wall consultants; rich experience in project design, with successful cases in unit curtain wall, single-cable curtain wall, double-layer curtain wall and metal roof scheme; familiar with ANSYS, SAP2000, 3D3S and other calculation software is preferred

Education major: Bachelor degree or above; civil engineering, building curtain wall, architecture, mechanical design, construction engineering, etc.

· Curtain Wall Design Manager-2 people

Responsibilities: Undertake the management of the design and review of plan drawings and construction drawings of large-scale curtain wall projects, external communication and design technology research.

Experience requirements: 5 years of experience or more, male; good English, experience in curtain wall consulting companies, overseas design and curtain wall calculation experience are preferred and increase the base salary as appropriate.

Educational background major: college degree and above; civil engineering, building curtain wall, architecture, mechanical design, construction engineering, etc.

· Curtain wall designer-2~3 people

Responsibilities: Under the leadership of the main design, complete the plan drawing of the curtain wall project and draw the construction drawing.

Experience requirements: more than 1 year of experience, regardless of gender; good English, experience in curtain wall consulting companies, overseas design and curtain wall calculation experience are preferred, and the base salary may be increased as appropriate.

Educational background major: college degree and above; civil engineering, building curtain wall, architecture, mechanical design, construction engineering, etc.

· Curtain wall structure calculation-2 persons

Responsibilities: Undertake structural calculations for curtain wall engineering projects; familiar with AUTOCAD drawing software; able to use curtain wall structural calculation software such as MathCAD, Huibao, 3D3S, SAP2000, AYSYS, etc.;

Experience requirements: no experience or more than 1 year of experience, no gender limit; familiar with the national standard (experience in British standardAmerican standardAustralian standard is preferred and salary increase).

Educational background major: college degree and above; civil engineering, building curtain wall, architecture, mechanical design, construction engineering, etc.

· Curtain wall BIM engineer-1 person

Responsibilities: Independently complete the curtain wall BIM modeling and construction drawing design.

Experience requirements: no experience, male; proficient in Revit and Rhino software; BIM experience is preferred.

Educational background major: college degree and above; civil engineering, building curtain wall, architecture, mechanical design, construction engineering, etc.

· Curtain Wall Pre-settlement Clerk-2

Responsibilities: Responsible for the pre-settlement work of curtain wall engineering projects, calculation of construction drawings and engineering quantities, handling project settlement matters, connecting customers with visas for technical and contract changes of engineering projects; able to independently complete curtain wall engineering commercial bidding (key group price analysis) ), Interpretation of bidding documents; familiar with quotas, have a good grasp and control of the curtain wall material market and bidding costs; proficient in using package software such as Glodon, Swell, and office software such as excel, word, and cad.

Experience requirements: no experience is acceptable, experience in curtain wall bidding or pre-settlement work is preferred.

Educational background major: college degree or above; major in budget or engineering cost.

Curtain wall lighting designer: 1 person

1. Bachelor degree or above, fine arts or related majors, high artistic accomplishment and aesthetic ability, four years (including) or more working experience in curtain wall lighting design; 2. Experience in large-scale lighting engineering design; 3. Familiar with LED lighting products and related knowledge 4. Have exemplary success cases, independently complete the lighting scheme design (lighting planning, lighting demand analysis, lighting concept refinement, lighting method performance, lighting scheme text); 5. Proficiency in the use of CAD, PS, OFFICE, 3D MAX and other software; 6. There is a sense of teamwork, good conduct, aggressiveness, and active thinking.

碧桂园泽辉办公室

碧桂园泽辉办公楼位于番禺东兴路，总建筑面积为19854m²，最大建筑高度为79m。通过铝板大线条的装饰，让建筑更加挺拔，耸立。3500x2000大面积中空玻璃的使用，为房间带来视觉无比愉悦的通透感受。沿街使用的中空夹胶玻璃充分保护了行人的人身安全，在安全与经济之间取得平衡。层间类铝板的特殊涂料的大胆使用，通过前期样板的考察对比选择，在保证外观效果的同时，为建筑的经济性探索出了一条新路。屋顶大面积镂空的铝板装饰架构，延续了建筑立面的挺拔，不经意间增添了一丝纱巾般的隐约神秘感。

Country Garden Zehui Office Building is located on Dongxing Road, Panyu, with a total construction area of 19,854m² and a maximum construction height of 79m. Through the decoration of large lines of aluminum plates, the building is more upright and towering. The use of 3500x2000 large-area hollow glass brings an extremely pleasant and transparent feeling to the room. The hollow laminated glass used along the street fully protects the personal safety of pedestrians and strikes a balance between safety and economy. The bold use of special coatings for the interlayer aluminum panels, and through the comparison and selection of the prototypes in the early stage, while ensuring the appearance effect, it has explored a new way for the economics of the building. The large-area hollowed-out aluminum panel decoration structure on the roof continues the uprightness of the building's facade, and inadvertently adds a veil-like vague sense of mystery.

丝路新贸易创新中心

丝路新贸易创新中心是高新区集团与南岗社区的重点项目，地处广州市黄埔区、增城区、东莞三区交界，西临康南路，东接水南大道，北靠黄埔东路，南向云埔工业区，规划用地面59362.57平方米。建筑用地面积207972.61平方米。是连接高新区集团和南岗社区的中心纽带，为南岗片区的发展建设打开新的发展道路。

大面积使用了玻璃幕墙、铝板幕墙、铝合金门窗，装饰线线条和百叶系统，有序的线条使整个建筑外观流畅明亮，形成一道引人入胜的城市街景。‍

The Silk Road New Trade Innovation Center is a key project of the High-tech Zone Group and Nangang Community. It is located at the junction of Huangpu District, Zengcheng District and Dongguan in Guangzhou. It is adjacent to Kangnan Road in the west, Shuinan Avenue in the east, Huangpu East Road in the north and Huangpu East Road in the south. Xiangyunpu Industrial Zone, planning to use 59,362.57 square meters of ground. The construction land area is 20,7972.61 square meters. It is the central link connecting the high-tech zone group and Nangang community, opening a new development path for the development and construction of the Nangang area.

Large-scale use of glass curtain walls, aluminum curtain walls, aluminum alloy doors and windows, decorative lines and louver systems, the orderly lines make the entire building look smooth and bright, forming a fascinating urban streetscape. ‍

粤海南沙

The site of the Guangdong Nansha project is located on Lingshan Island in Nansha, which is part of the commercial city master plan in the surrounding area. The features of the façade include: setting up landscape balconies and adopting inclined curtain walls above the landscape balconies, which is equivalent to opening diagonally cut openings on the corners of the building; 90-degree aluminum decorative components penetrate the entire building to form a continuous and tortuous link. ‍

长华国际

The circular building includes indoor and outdoor commercial, residential, catering, theater, library, youth activity center and landscape facilities. What dominates the architectural features of the base is the lantern art, which is highly respected in Foshan, and the surrounding expansive natural sceneries. The "lantern" courtyard with lights and architectural symbols is a distinctive dining place, highlighting the most important part of Shanshui City. The space of these places conforms to both aesthetics and pedestrian scale. "Lantern" elements fill the surroundings of the podium, enhancing the customer's shopping experience. ‍
