2021年3月11日下午,Rinro(凝龙幕墙咨询)在广州总部召开每月例行的质量会议。会议以在线视频形式召开,主会场设在广州总部二楼办公室,贵阳分公司以视频形式参会。公司全体员工参加了本次会议。
On the afternoon of March 11, 2021, Rinro held a monthly quality meeting at its Guangzhou headquarters. The meeting was held in the form of online video. The main venue was located in the office on the second floor of the Guangzhou headquarters. Guiyang Branch participated in the form of online video. All employees of the company participated in this meeting.
会议主要内容有三项:
第一项内容:邀请两名同事对幕墙软件进行讲解操作,以便提高大家的工作效率。
第二项内容:对公司报销制度进行了更加详细的解释及说明,并且强调各部门各司其职,承担好自己范围的职责工作。
第三项内容:复盘最近一两个月的项目图纸审图案例,对一些经常出现的错误进行解释及分析,从根本上敦促所有设计人员加强制图标准化的执行,并认识到质量作为公司第一生命线的重要性。
There are three main contents of the conference:

The second content: a more detailed explanation and description of the company's reimbursement system, and emphasized that each department performs its own duties and undertakes the duties of its own scope.
The third content: review the examples of project drawings review patterns in the last one or two months, explain and analyze some frequently occurring errors, and fundamentally urge all designers to strengthen the implementation of drawing standardization, and recognize that quality is the company’s first priority. 会议明确,新的规章制度即日起执行,推进公司日常工作规范化、秩序化,确保公司各项工作。并且,每位凝龙人的每一项工作行为都能够按照大家讨论认可的制度来执行,以提高公司的设计及服务客户的质量。
