At this stage, Rinro will further improve the facades detail design by the simulation of three-dimensional drawing and the SU renderings, completely optimized construction design, construction feasibility avoid post-program deficiencies which led to the drawing repeatedly modified to ensure the construction design process progress. 

At the same time, Rinro will developed façade design details incorporating all design aspects, this includes local code requirements, thermal requirements, structural integrity, air and water infiltration requirement, smoke and fire stop, integration of building maintenance restrain, consideration of façade lightning protection and integration of façade lighting.
