  • Work schedule. Site changes frequently, resulting in work plan adjustments must be synchronized to make the appropriate changes. Regularly using the EXCEL table or the WORD form to set the time schedule is time consuming and laborious, because it is necessary to send the latest work plan to all team members every few days. There are too many work plan versions, and each team member must repeat the steps of receiving, saving, and opening. Disadvantages: file confusion is not easy to save, affect the focus.

设计疑问:随着设计进程的深入,工程疑问会源源不断地出现。如材料不明确,设计方案不可行,结构与建筑图不对应,细节设计没有体现等等。常规方法是每个人都单独上报和解释给设计负责人,然后设计负责人再去总结填写。这样极大地加重负责人的工作量,导致负责人没有时间去关注应该着重处理的问题。还有一种方法就是每个人都到某个指定的路径文件夹的WORD或者EXCEL文档中填写;存在的问题是一个人必须等另一个人填写后才能去增加。

设计痛点增加了沟通时间成本,浪费工作时间,降低工作效率。

重复错误:一个工程的设计过程是一个不断地更正设计错误的进程。从设计的开始,每一个人都有可能会犯错,但怎么让其他人避免出现同样的错误是我们所要关注的点。常规思路是通过图纸修改批注,面对面指正,开会强调。这种思路在设计错误比较少的开始可能会为之可行,但随着设计进程的深入,错误数量会极大增加。因为团队中存在着不同工作性格的人,一些人工作速度会比较快,但工作会比较粗心一点;而一些人很少出现问题,但工作进度慢。因此有可能一个问题在开会强调后,一些队员还是会重复出现。

The receiver must spend a lot of energy to track the additional questions that follow, and also need to sort and merge the documents sent in batches. .
​对外沟通:一个项目的顺利推进是各个部门的共同劳动结果。怎么与项目部,采购部,工厂生产部沟通是一个影响工程顺利与否的因素。因为每个人的关注点会不一样,这导致一个信息经过各个层级的过滤后最终会变得面目全非。常规做法是通过不断的发邮件文件,电话沟通来保证信息的传递准确。但会存在一个问题:疑问会不停地产生,而已经发送的疑问邮件只是历史传递出去了的,接收人必须花费很多精力来跟踪后面增加的疑问,同时还需要整理合并逐份发来的文档。

5.When communicating with the outside world, you can directly forward the design question link to the person in charge of the counterpart department. And the question can continue to increase in real time, there is no need to send multiple WORD documents.

At present, the mobile phone APP picture of this application is displayed slowly, which may be the cause of the network speed, or there may be a bug in the APP itself. But this problem should be solved, because it can support such operations.

另外还有一些可以提高工作效率的细节不一一列举。

当然,万事均有它不足的一面。

目前这个应用的手机APP图片显示比较缓慢,有可能是网络速度原因,也有可能是APP本身存在BUG。另外就是图片的粘贴功能非常差,不能支持直接Ctrl+C和Ctrl+V操作,必须截图保存到桌面再导入。但这个问题应该是可以解决的,因为知乎就可以支持这样的操作。

即使存在着这些小的不足,个人认为此类协作应用可以推广到企业中,这样能够有效地提高工作效率。
