RIRNO | (凝龙)召开月度质量例会
      2021年5月21日下午,Rinro(凝龙幕墙咨询)在广州总部召开每月例行的质量及制度调整会议。会议以在线视频形式召开,主会场设在广州总部二楼办公室,各分公司以视频形式参会。公司全体员工参加了本次会议。
On the afternoon of May 21, 2021, Rinro (Ninglong Curtain Wall Consulting) held a monthly quality and system adjustment meeting at the Guangzhou headquarters. The conference was held in the form of online video. The main venue was located in the office on the second floor of the Guangzhou headquarters. Branch offices participated in the conference in video format. All employees of the company attended this meeting.

       

      公司每一年都会根据企业实际情况更新一次所有规章制度,以便更好地适应公司的高速发展。特别废除一些执行不到位或同事们认为暂不合适的制度。凝龙始终坚持这么一个原则:颁布的制度就必须执行,暂时执行不了的制度就废除。制度部分内容会议主要有以下几点要点:
      1. 调整员工上下班作息时间以及加班调休制度。
为了严格执行国家工作时间规定,保障员工福利待遇;与各级主管部门及相关单位作息时间保持一致,提高工作效率,同时把员工职业健康安全管理落到实处,经公司研究决定,实行双休制。但考虑到建筑设计行业的高周转特点,以及确保快速响应业主的服务速度,公司同时对一些具体的工作流程及注意点进行了明确及强调。始终以坚持“客户第一,员工第二,股东第三”的企业原则服务好每一个项目。

In particular, abolish some systems that are not fully implemented or that colleagues think are temporarily inappropriate. Ninglong has always adhered to this principle: the promulgated system must be implemented, and the system that cannot be implemented temporarily is abolished. The main points of the system part of the conference are as follows:
1. Adjust the staff's get off work and rest time and overtime shift system.
In order to strictly implement the national working hours regulations and guarantee employee welfare benefits; to maintain consistency with the work and rest schedules of the competent departments and related units at all levels to improve work efficiency, and at the same time to implement employee occupational health and safety management, after the company's research and decision, implement a two-day break system . However, considering the high turnover characteristics of the architectural design industry and the speed of services that ensure rapid response to the owners, the company also clarified and emphasized some specific work processes and points of attention. Always adhere to the corporate principle of "customers first, employees second, and shareholders third" to serve every project well.


      2.调整设计师及结构工程师的薪资结构。
     坚持能者多劳,多劳多得的普遍制度原则,同时加强参与项目的每一位设计人员服务设计项目的责任心,全心全意地解决项目每一个难题;公司完善了设计师薪资计算流程,力求全体设计人员的收入能够再上一个台阶。
2. Adjust the salary structure of designers and structural engineers.
Adhere to the universal system principle of “work for those who can do more and get more for more work”, and at the same time strengthen the responsibility of every designer participating in the project to serve the design project, and solve every problem of the project wholeheartedly; the company has improved the designer’s salary calculation process and strive The income of all designers can be raised to a higher level.


 

    3、图纸质量始终是凝龙的设计高压线。

     在本次月会质量会议中,各位项目合伙人例行地复盘最近的项目,包括两个时代项目的审图意见以及佳兆业项目的共性问题,这些项目都是现场安装所遇到的普通性问题以及不遵守公司标准化在设计中不断出现的共性问题,通过会议的仔细分析交流,让公司所有设计人员能够吃一堑长一智,在将来的设计过程中更好提升图纸的质量,让参与项目的每一方都能够快速及高效的推进实施。

These projects are common problems encountered in the on-site installation. Problems and common problems that constantly appear in the design of non-compliance with the company’s standardization. Through careful analysis and communication of the meeting, all designers of the company can learn from each other, and improve the quality of drawings in the future design process and allow participation Each party of the project can promote the implementation quickly and efficiently.
