潭洲国际会展中心是一个集展览、会议、商业配套等多功能为一体的会展综合体。场馆位于粤港澳大湾区和三龙湾高端创新聚集区的核心地带，是推进佛山商贸会展和优势产业融合发展的重要平台。潭洲国际会展中心规划总用地面积约39万平方米，总建筑面积约47万平方米。其中首期工程包含五个使用面积为10000平方米的无柱式专业展厅、约18000平方米的室外展场以及登陆厅、会议中心等配套部分，并于2016年9月正式投入使用。项目楼层高度大，为提高系统的力学适应能力，幕墙系统龙骨主要由钢立柱幕墙系统构成，采用氟碳喷涂处理。外挑的L形遮阳板是立面的主要建筑元素，遮阳构件的设计与施工是前期图纸设计的主要关注点。此外，在工期紧张的要求下，大量钢结构在主体结构中得到了应用，幕墙的龙骨如何与主体各种类型钢件（工字钢，H形钢，槽钢等）的连接是幕墙图纸设计阶段的重点，这也导致了本项目的结构计算配合工作也远超普通项目的工作量。

Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center is a convention and exhibition complex integrating exhibitions, conferences, commercial facilities and other functions. The venue is located at the core of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Sanlong Bay high-end innovation gathering area, and is an important platform for promoting the integration and development of Foshan's trade fairs and competitive industries. The total planned land area of Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center is about 390,000 square meters, and the total construction area is about 470,000 square meters. The first phase of the project includes five column-free professional exhibition halls with an area of 10,000 square meters, an outdoor exhibition hall of about 18,000 square meters, and landing rooms, conference centers and other supporting parts, which were officially put into use in September 2016. The height of the project floor is large. In order to improve the mechanical adaptability of the façade system, the vertical mullion of the facade system is mainly composed of a steel column, which treated with fluorocarbon spraying.
