    2020年12月23日上午,Rinro(凝龙幕墙咨询)邀请沈阳市恒安公司总工程师赵勋海先生到我司进行点式幕墙技术讲座。主讲人赵勋海先生是点支式幕墙专家和索结构专家,在点支式幕墙系统领域的项目应用方面有着丰富成熟的经验。龙广州总部公司设计部部分同事参加了此次讲座,贵州分公司及东莞分公司的同事则在线上观看了视频直播。
On the morning of December 23, 2020, Rinro invited Mr. Zhao Xunhai, the chief engineer of Shenyang Hengan Company, to our company for a point-type curtain wall technology lecture. The speaker, Mr. Zhao Xunhai, is a point-supported curtain wall expert and cable structure expert. He has rich and mature experience in project application in the field of point-supported curtain wall systems. Some colleagues from the Design Department of Rinro Guangzhou Headquarters attended the lecture, while colleagues from Guizhou Branch and Dongguan Branch watched the live video online.
    
此次讲座中,赵勋海先生重点围绕点式幕墙进行了详细解说,包括钢结构、肋玻璃、拉杆、拉索、组合结构等幕墙构件,以理论结合案例,深入浅出,将专业问题直白化。并且深刻探讨了结构安全、计算方法、材料的优化、材料的选用、合理的降低工程造价、施工方法、测试方法等重点问题。参会的同事认真听讲、用心记录,并与赵勋海先生积极交流沟通,让每一次学习机会都能使自己有所收获,对今后的工作有所帮助。

特别是通过借鉴石材背栓的设计理念,将背栓技术大胆运用于玻璃中。对于中空玻璃,应考虑玻璃打孔,使用时漏气的问题。我们采取双道密封。第一道采用防渗垫片;第二道是在玻璃孔与驳接头扣体间一半厚度采用垫圈,另一半厚度采用密封胶密封,防止漏气。另外在后压盖的后面又加了一个锁片,保证驳接头在使用过程中牢固的安装在玻璃上,不会产生松动漏气。在加工好的玻璃合片前,先将驳接头扣体、防渗垫片和垫圈安装在玻璃孔上,打上密封胶,再放入垫片,拧上后盖,拧紧锁紧片。玻璃合片后,驳接头固定在玻璃孔上。为防止在运输和周转过程中,驳接头突出玻璃部分与玻璃相磕碰造成损坏,在驳接头后盖处加了一个运输保护盖,同时要求运输过程中,玻璃间使用10mm垫块隔离,保证玻璃的运输安全。

In addition, a lock piece is added behind the rear gland to ensure that the joint is firmly installed on the glass during use, and no loose air leakage occurs. Before processing the glass sheet, install the joint buckle body, the anti-seepage gasket and the gasket on the glass hole, apply the sealant, and then put in the gasket, screw on the back cover, and tighten the locking piece. After the glass is combined, the joint is fixed on the glass hole. In order to prevent damage caused by collision between the protruding glass part of the joint and the glass during transportation and turnover, a transportation protection cover is added to the back cover of the joint. At the same time, it is required that the glass be separated by a 10mm spacer during the transportation process to ensure the glass safe transportation.
