    2020年8月13日，「WINDOOR门窗幕墙新品展」在广州·保利世贸博展馆、南丰国际会展中心盛大开幕。集结近700家企业，展览面积达10万+平米，共开设防火门窗馆、新型门窗馆、结构胶密封馆、幕墙外立面馆、型材隔热馆、门窗设备馆、五金馆、智能家居馆以及星品汇展区。

    会议主为了紧跟行业产品发展潮流，学习了解新产品在外墙行业的运用，储备技术知识与材料运用新技术，Rinro(凝龙幕墙咨询)组织有兴趣的同事前往参观了此次新品展会。

02 电动开启类

    常规的百叶电动开启类产品，单臂或双臂的不同推力自动开启器将得到更广泛地普及。特别是国家规范对开启通风率的要求愈加严格，一些考虑立面美观性而设置较高位置的自动开启窗需要设置自动开启器。

04 门窗类

    普通门窗的密封性能较差。根据国家标准《建筑外门窗气密、水密、抗风压性能分级及检测方法》GB／T 7106-2008中规定，居住建筑第1～9层外窗的气密性能不应低于的4级水平；10层及10层以上外窗的气密性能不应低于国家标准《建筑外门窗气密、水密、抗风压性能分级及检测方法》GB／T 7106-2008中规定的6级水平。因此一些提升门窗及一些密封窗的运用慢慢得到推广，这一类窗型主要原理是压缩窗扇与扇框间的距离，依靠减少密封胶条的紧缩量来提高密封性能。
