会议主要内容有四项：
    第一项内容：宣读公司新修订的规章制度，包括公司社保报销制度、请假流程、人才推荐奖励制度、卫生管理制度，并对这些条例进行了详细的解释说明。
    第二项内容：总结了本月的图纸质量工作情况，对本月图纸质量的优，良，一般、差四个等级情况进行了统计及归类，表扬了图纸质量长期保持优秀的同事，对图纸为一般或者差的同事通报和鞭策批评。
    第三项内容：复盘最近一两个月的项目图纸审图案例，对一些经常出现的错误进行解释及分析，从根本上敦促所有设计人员加强制图标准化的执行，并认识到质量作为公司第一生命线的重要性。
    第四项内容：处罚一项图纸质量违反公司制度要求的案例，以警醒所有设计人员。
There are four main contents of the meeting:
The first content: supervisor read out the company's newly revised rules and regulations, including the company's social security reimbursement system, leave process, talent recommendation reward system, and health management system, and explained these regulations in detail.
The second content: supervisor summed up the work of drawing quality this month, statistics and classification of the four grades of excellent, good, moderate, and poor quality of drawings this month, and praised colleagues who have maintained excellent drawing quality for a long time. Reporting and spurring criticism to colleagues whose drawings are moderate or poor.
The third content: supervisor reviewed the cases drawings of the project drawings in the last one or two months, explained and analyzed some frequently occurring errors, and fundamentally urged all designers to strengthen the implementation of drawing standardization, and recognized the importance of quality as the company's first lifeline.
The fourth content: supervisor penalized a case where the quality of drawings violates the requirements of the company's system to alert all designers.

     会议明确，新的规章制度即日起执行，推进公司日常工作规范化、秩序化，确保公司各项工作。并且，每位凝龙人的每一项工作行为都能够按照大家讨论认可的制度来执行，以提高公司的设计及服务客户的质量。
