近日，Rinro(凝龙幕墙咨询)成功中标沥滘项目一期外墙设计项目。本项目位于海珠区南洲路，于华南快速和新光快速之间，地块距离沥滘地铁站直线距离2公里。项目的优势在于它不仅滨江临湖，水系湿地丰富，而且景观资源多，具有悠久的历史。未来它将会被打造成一个具有沥滘特色的岭南人文风情街，成为海珠区乃至广州城市更新的典范。

本项目包括住宅、售楼部及商铺，幕墙系统为玻璃幕墙、石材系统、铝板幕墙、铝合金门窗、铝合金格栅、百叶及铝板雨篷。
