近日，凝龙（幕墙咨询）成功中标广州金融AEC（3#，4#，5#，6#，8#）项目。金融城壹号（AEC）为广州金融城最大的综合项目，项目占地面积约10万平方米，规划为53万平方米旗舰综合体，面积360655平方米，整个地块规划建设十四栋6-43层高的甲级写字楼、酒店、商业中心和公寓产品，大部分楼栋都能通过架空连廊连接。

Recently, Rinro successfully won the bid for the curtain wall design project of the Financial City One (AEC-3#，4#，5#，6#，8#） in Tianhe District, Guangzhou.Financial City One (AEC) is the largest comprehensive project in the Guangzhou Financial City. The project covers an area of about 100,000 square meters and may be a flagship complex of 530,000 square meters with an area of 360,655 square meters. The entire project is planned to build 14 buildings: 6-43-storey Grade A office, hotels, commercial centers and apartment, which all can be connected by overhead corridors. 

This project is an old remodeling project. It is located on the south side of the river and has a wide river view. It is close to Pauli Yuzhu Port and is located on the south side of Huangpu Avenue. The B and C exits of Sanxi Station of Metro Line 5 are diagonally opposite to the project. The whole project is located on the easternmost side of the East District of Guangzhou International Financial City, and the landscape view is very superior. The external facade system of building # 3 and # 4 in this project is mainly a glass unitized panel system. The external wall facade is straight as a whole, and the facade shape is enriched by the decorative sunshade feature elements; # 5, # 6, # 8 building for the stick curtain wall system and the door & window system, the podium uses a honeycomb stone system, and the curved stone decorative column beams show the high-end quality of the project.
