生物岛粤港澳大湾区协同创新中心

本项目位于位于仑头隧道出口的一处三角形沿江地块，基地总规划用地29597平方米，总建筑面积156150.01平方米。

整个建筑由“门”抽象化处理而来，意喻生物岛之门，建筑整体形成逐层退台鳞次栉比的合院空间，并结合“门”的意向布局景观漫步道，打造个性独特，引入关注的网红建筑。加上多层建筑作为沿街展示面，尺度宜人，通过退让形成的多元化公共空间，引导人群驻足停留，令人沉浸其中。西北方向倚靠大片水域，地理环境开阔景观优越，通过前低后高错落有致的立面处理方式，使江景的利用率最大化。
