近日，Rinro(凝龙幕墙咨询)成功中标番禺区南浦旧改外墙设计项目。本项目位于广州市番禺区，南浦村旧村改造项目总面积达937.5亩，是广州市首批13个旧村改造试点村之一。改造后的南浦村将作为石碁镇红木小镇启动区，打造融工业、商业、服务业、旅游业、文化产业于一体宜居宜业宜游优质生活圈，带动地区产业经济的提速提质；往更大了说此举将助力番禺区创建国家全域旅游示范区；发挥自身的区位优势，承接南沙、港澳产业经济带来的辐射效应，为推动番禺区融入粤港澳大湾区建设提供支持。

Recently, Rinro successfully won the bid for the Nanpu Old Renovated Exterior Wall Design Project.The project is located in Panyu District, Guangzhou City. The Nanpu Village Old Village Reconstruction Project has a total area of 937.5 acres. It is one of the first batch of 13 old village renovation pilot villages in Guangzhou. The transformed Nanpu Village will be used as the start-up area of Redwood Town, Shiqi Town, to create a high-quality living circle that integrates industry, commerce, service, tourism, and cultural industries, and promotes the speed and quality of the regional industrial economy. The project will help Panyu District to create a national tourism demonstration zone. It will give full play to its location advantages, undertake the radiation effect brought by the industrial economy of Nansha, Hong Kong and Macao, and provide support for the integration of Panyu District into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
