广州南沙区2019NJY-15号地块项目


    本项目位于横沥岛，总用地面积约13.9万平方米，计容总建筑面积约55.3万平方米。本项目将配建包含国际会议中心、国际会议服务酒店、国际公馆等内容的国际综合会议中心，并引入举办论坛时间不少于15年的国际非营利性金融论坛组织将国际综合会议中心作为其永久会址。
The project is located on Hengli Island, with a total land area of about 139,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 553,000 square meters. This project will be equipped with an international comprehensive conference center including an international conference center, an international conference service hotel, an international mansion, etc., and an international non-profit financial forum organization that has held forums for no less than 15 years will use the international comprehensive conference center as its Permanent meeting place.

    项目主要幕墙系统为：玻璃幕墙、铝板幕墙、石材幕墙、门窗系统、装饰百叶系统、栏杆系统、格栅系统等，幕墙面积约5万平方米。
The main curtain wall systems of the project are: glass curtain wall, aluminum panel, stone curtain wall, doors and windows system, decorative louvers system, railing system, lattice system, etc. The curtain wall area is about 50,000 square meters.


新会悦峰项目

    本项目位于江门市新会区枢纽新城明德一路北侧、文华路东侧地块，用地面积45937平方米，总建筑面积156740平方米。项目位于文旅中心对面，新会TOD范围内。江门新会站TOD项目已被列入广东重点建设项目，是新会集商业、教育、文化、娱乐于一体的城市中心建设项目。

The project is located on the north side of Mingde 1st Road and the east side of Wenhua Road, Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, with a land area of 45937 square meters and a total construction area of 156,740 square meters. The project is located opposite the Cultural Tourism Center, within the scope of Xinhui TOD. The TOD project of Jiangmen Xinhui Station has been listed as a key construction project in Guangdong. It is a city center construction project integrating commerce, education, culture and entertainment in Xinhui.
    项目主要幕墙系统为：玻璃幕墙、铝板系统、门窗系统、装饰百叶系统、栏杆系统、格栅系统等。
The main curtain wall systems of the project are: glass curtain wall, aluminum panel, doors and windows system, decorative louvers system, railing system, lattice system, etc.


江西全南县AC万豪酒店

    本项目位于江西省赣州市全南县十里桃江旅游景区内，将被打造成桃江江畔亲水酒店，规划有135间客房，饱览一线江景，极目皆为山林。同时，酒店设有亲水栈道等休憩设施，每个房间都在阳台上配备了温泉泡池，入住后非常舒适惬意。
The project is located in the Shili Taojiang Tourist Scenic Spot, Quannan County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. It will be built into a waterfront hotel by the Taojiang River. It is planned to have 135 guest rooms with a panoramic view of the river and mountains and forests. At the same time, the hotel has recreational facilities such as a hydrophilic plank road. Each room is equipped with a hot spring pool on the balcony, which is very comfortable and cozy after check-in.
 

海南之心A1701地块项目

本项目位于海口市美兰区新埠岛海南之心A17-01地块，北面临海，坐拥数公里城市海岸线，景观资源好。项目为商业建筑，内设有配套，服务于商业，通过整体设计，使优美的自然环境与商业街氛围融为一体，形成具有特色的沿海商业景观环境。
The project is located in the A17-01 plot of the heart of Hainan, Xinbu Island, Meilan District, Haikou City. It faces the sea to the north and sits on several kilometers of urban coastline with good landscape resources. The project is a commercial building with supporting facilities to serve the commerce. Through the overall design, the beautiful natural environment and the commercial street atmosphere are integrated to form a characteristic coastal commercial landscape environment.  

   项目由三栋商业裙楼组成，主要幕墙系统为玻璃幕墙窗系统、玻璃栏杆系统、铝板幕墙系统、铝合金门窗系统、铝合金格栅及百叶系统。
The project consists of three commercial podium buildings. The main curtain wall systems are glass curtain wall window system, glass railing system, aluminum panel, aluminum alloy doors and windows system, aluminum alloy lattice and louvers system.
